The young lady at the reception was nice, empathetic and tried to help me and my family since we were clearly disappointed with the situation. In the end, we just left the place feeling very sad and disappointed with that kind of treatment. I wouldn't recommend the place unfortunately.

It was ok. The tour was rushed in english. I wasn't really an Amalia fan before going in, and I wouldn't say I learned much more than that she was a very successful fadista and toured the world. It felt like a very 'sanitised' glamorous history of her life, I'm sure there were some times of conflict in her life coming from a working class background to fame and I would have loved to know a bit about the adversity she overcame. No real mention about her relationships or what she was actually like, other than basically just a very good singer and a very religious woman.
