A true hidden gem! I was the only one in the museum so got a fantastic tour around all the costumes by one of the members of staff which was brilliant! The gardens are huge and lovely to wander around. It's quite far from the centre of Lisbon so super quiet- great to get away from the crowds!

Most pieces have rich colors, beautiful embroidery, laces and buttons are amazing. There are about 10 rooms, ao the visit might take 1-1,5hrs. As the museum is situated rather far from the center, I took uber (about 10eur). Entrance is free with Lisboa Card, in Jan park and gardens are green but not that spectacular.
