    Worst shopping experience ever....Very little customer service. Numerous attempts were made to contact them, either by phone, which was never answered, or by email to which they never deigned to respond. These attempts are obviously related to an order that turned out to be out of stock. At the very least, they should indicate this situation. Second purchase and in fact it doesn't work. Too much delay in responses, they receive emails that they only respond to after several days and after much insistence. Customer service remains very poor and careless. We get to receive material faster that comes from other countries. Second order completely changed, material arrived that was not ordered and nothing that was requested. Worst commercial experience ever, so it's not worth buying from this company.

This company is on the market deceiving customers (Original) Venho por este meio demonstrar meu desagrado por esta empresa e alertar para tenham cuidado, adquiri um passadeira elétrica nova a 20 de Janeiro ao qual reportei a empresa no dia 23 do mesmo mês que esta se encontrava avariada, ao fim de 2 meses de vários telefonemas e emails recolheram a mesma sempre sem resposta alguma foram passando as semanas e nada ( pelo meio vários telefonemas e emails) ate que ao fim de mais um mês enviam a suposta passadeira para espanto quando abro a caixa e vejo que vinha uma passadeira usada com tudo solto dentro a faltar os parafusos tudo riscado inclusive peças partidas e falta de ferramenta de montagem , sempre que se liga quem atende não sabe o que dizer aliás até demonstram vergonha pela empresa que representam. Envio algumas fotos para que vejam como esta empresa trata clientes. Esta empresa esta no mercado a enganar os clientes

    I ordered 2 items from this company. I paid for it and received a tracking link from Nacex. The day for delivery of the order has passed and I send an email to Nacex informing them that the delivery order has been cancelled. I contacted Insania who told me that one of the items was out of stock. In the response I mention that at the time of ordering there was no information about out of stock and I sent some prints showing that the items were not marked with out of stock (as was the case with other products). I asked if they could exchange it for another similar product but I was informed that it was not in stock (I confirmed that they were not marked as out of stock). I asked for a refund of the money for this out-of-stock product. I received a new link from Nacex saying that the delivery was going to be delivered. Delivery day passes and nothing. I contacted the carrier again who informed me that the order was cancelled. I contact insinia again who informs me that they do not have the size of the product I chose. Fed up with this situation, I asked for a refund of the money using the same payment method: MB Way. They say that due to internal policy, they do not know how to return money via MB Way, only via transfer. I came up with another return solution: postal order. I await developments from the company. I'm just waiting for this mess to be resolved before filing a complaint in the complaints book. Summing up and concluding. If you buy from Insinia you run the risk of finding out that something is preventing you from receiving your order via the carrier because Insinia sends a message with the shipping number and Nacex tracking link. They are unable to inform customers that items are out of stock. In these times, with access to calls and email, customers are just not informed due to laziness or carelessness. In the midst of all this, I have to congratulate Nacex, who responded very quickly to the 2 contact requests I requested from them. A good surprise in the midst of so many bad things. Insanity I will never buy anything from you again....

    Very bad! They advertise products that, after being purchased, report that they are out of stock. How is it possible? Aren't they supposed to only sell if they can secure the product? Furthermore, customer support is terrible. The customer has already paid for the product, they still haven't received it as promised and they don't care about the image they convey. Honestly, I find it very strange how they are still in operation. But there's nothing like a few formal complaints to regularize the situation. I do not recommend this supposed company to anyone who does not know how to work.

    I purchased a wall heater online that never worked properly. despite the low power of the equipment, the resistance was always turning off. However, the device's fan started to make noise to the point where I couldn't even turn on the device. I made a complaint, a note was sent to me asking for the device to be returned for analysis, and I was asked to pay the shipping costs for the return of clearly damaged equipment. Terrible customer support.

    I bought a swing for inside. The package arrived and I opened it. I didn't take out the swing of the package because I saw that it was rose. We have a boy and I thought it is grey. We wrote them and sent the package on our own costs back. Few days later the package came back without any comment and without papers we asked them what happened and they said we broke a wooden part of the swing. After that we took the swing out of the package and saw that a round part was broken. We contacted them again and described the case. They refused again to take the damaged swing back. My question is, how can a wooden pice break? And I saw that another pice isn't broken until yet, but it is damaged too. So the only explanation for me is, the quality of the wood is bad or the work is bad done. My recommendation is, don't buy this swing, because it is dangerous to use, if it breaks by itself and the company don't handle complains good.

    I confess that before placing my order, I stopped by to see the comments and I was quite scared. But I decided to take a chance, one of the negative comments I saw was about the lack of response, in my case I received a response to my first email (due to having made the payment via ATM) within minutes and in a very attentive manner. Another of the negative comments I saw here was about the delay in shipping and once again in my case it was exactly the opposite, they were super fast and they even contacted me from the transport department to confirm if I was at home. The order arrived prefect. I couldn't be happier. I will order again many more times. I am very satisfied with your services and will recommend you to all my friends.     Very bad experience and MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I made a purchase and paid in May with the indication that due to covid there were delays in delivery and it would only be in June but then on the website they said that they only put on sale what was always in stock At the end of June I called and there was no stock and the forecast for July. In July I call again and they say the forecast is for August but they don't inform me or send me an email, I'm the one who has to call. What will it be like in August?

    I placed an order on the website for an electric lunch box on January 4th and paid via Mbway immediately, the product was (and continues) in stock on the website. On Friday the 8th, I had not received any order or any warning/justification for the delay. I called to find out the status of the order and was told that it would be delivered between the 8th (the same day, Friday, and Monday the 11th). After my call, an email was sent to me informing me that the order was delayed. Today is Friday, January 15th, and I still haven't received any order or notice/justification. I had to call Insania again to get information about the order, where they told me that it will POSSIBLY be delivered next Monday or Tuesday. "Deliveries 24 hours" and after 2 weeks there was no order or justification for the delay. Very dissatisfied with the company and I will cancel the order as soon as possible.

    I placed an order online at Insania, paid at the time of ordering, the specific product appeared in stock and they guaranteed delivery within 24 hours on the mainland and on working days. After 2 weeks, I had not received anything, no product, no explanation, nothing. I called, they said they didn't have the product in stock, they were waiting. I canceled my order 2 days later, after which it has been almost another 2 weeks. I paid with mbway, I assumed they would refund me the same way. I called last week and was told that they would give "priority" to my complaint. That was on a Wednesday, I called again on Monday. I was informed that I would have to send the IBAN, something that has not been requested so far, and I sent it at that time. Today is Wednesday. I didn't receive anything. As a trustworthy company, this company is worth 0. Very disappointed

    Unfortunately I don't recommend it, I placed an order on April 3rd, paid on the 4th and to date I still haven't received anything, worse than all that, it took 10 days to be informed that the product was out of stock and this is because I sent a email asking why the delay in delivery, now I ask, if I hadn't done anything until now, would I hear from the company again? The doubt remains
