My boyfriend went from 80~ kilos to 70~ just from the change in our diet alone. But beyond that, the food is DELICIOUS, varied (so you don't get bored), and really balanced. As someone that works out a lot, I do like the healthy food to feel good and to stay consistently active. So this company definitely serves that purpose.
