I placed my order through Electronic device, didn’t get the receipt, order got delayed by 15 minutes. I asked for large fries but it was half filled. No ketchup given no straws. Dine In area on first floor stinks like dumpster.

It was a typical McDonald's branch. We placed our order, and I must say it was prepared quickly. The food met McDonald's standards. The upper floor was a bit stuffy, but overall, we weren't uncomfortable. Everything was normal until then. I wish I hadn't gone to the restroom. I entered and left as soon as I went in. It smelled really bad and was very dirty. That's unacceptable.

Super cheap compared to other countries. €1,95 a espresso and apple pie 😍 Terrace outside with sun. Nothing more I need to be happy.

Mit Abstand das unfreundlichste Mc Donalds Restaurant auf der ganzen Welt. Und ich war schon in sehr vielen. Falsche Bestellung erhalten, höflich nachgefragt, blöd angeschnauzt geworden anstellen von: es tut mir leid. Die zweite Bestellung kam nach 20 Minuten. Es war und das Lokal leer…. Die wurde mir dann auf den Tresen geworfen ohne Kommentar. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt!! Die beiden Damen mit den geflochtenen Haaren sind dermaßen unfreundlich!!!

Nice clean two levels of mc Donald, toilet is clean and it has disabled toilet (you need the code on your mc Donald receipt to enter the toilet)

This McDonald branch is worst of all I ever seen. Service is very slow. Staff are super rude. I don’t know all are there for time pass instead of working. Everytime i go they miss my one of order. If I came back and tell them my one of order missing they will they don’t care. My recommendation instead of there for fast food chain go burger king.🤬🤬🤬

One of the worst McDonald's. Very slow because it's always crowded. The food is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten. Toilets are very dirty and you're welcome for killing a cockroach that I found on the bathroom!

Can't say much about the food, as it's standard McDonald's It has self service kiosks, with English menu.. It would help the visitors as most staff speak only Portuguese... The place inside is crowded with people at the kiosks and people waiting for the orders.. The outside is quite spacious and has a good overview of the square.. good atmosphere to sit and eat.. Overall, if ya McD lover, this won't disappoint you 🤞🏻😉

A very busy restaurant which in peak season feeds thousands of tourists each day. The staff do an amazing job of quickly turning over the tables and manage the hordes of tourists impressively. My food was spot on and fresh as a daisy, Also a nice terrace to do people watching!

This place looks dirty. Doesn't look like anything had been wiped down. I ordered a 2 McPlant burgers with mustard and onions. We don't have this in our part of the world so I thought I'd give it a try. Shouldn't have bothered. First burger had no mustard but instead, had 3 very small slices of pickles and very few onion slices. The 2nd burger had almost non-existent mustard and very few onions. I think McD's can afford to add an appropriate amount of toppings or at the very least, train their associates to add a proper amount. This is pathetic! (Didn't take a picture of the 1st burger as I wrongly thought that the 2nd burger would be ok).

Thank you for saving my life on many occasions by being basically 24 hours! There were no other places for me and my friends to eat at 4/5am 😄, but here it was warm, friendly, efficient, and safe. Will see you again one maybe McDonalds Lisboa!

Ordered from here. It is amazing how stupid you have to be to mess up an entire order. You literally get a list of items that you simple put in a bag and hand it to the courier. Half of the order was missing. Can’t wait for robots to take over their jobs. At least they are able to follow a simple order. Ah and on top of it all, it took them almost 1,5hr for that failure. I had to wait for my coffee and Big Mac more than 20 minutes. My order already disappeared from the screen and it was still not ready. I understand that you have a target for a time of preparing orders but you are cheating. My order was "take away" but it's not. A lot of people, lazy staff, never again 😕

The staff was reeeeaaallyyyy slowly. In our country is fast food really fast. We were there the only one and we waited for like 15 minutes.

Nuggets were great, fries and burger also, very important: always ask for ketchup (because they always „forget“ it). Best and only place to get proper food in the night

Regular McDonald’s, you have the option to order from screens which is nice. It is often EXTREMELY busy, however, the staff deal with it quite well considering how many orders they receive

Food was nice. Prices very reasonable compared to UK. Only has very small washroom facilities and they are on lower level so does not help for accessible customers. Bin on first floor kept breaking and had a stench from it.

They are hands down the worst franchise venue in Portugal. Forget ever ordering anything from a meal app that uses this piece of waste of space. Wrong and missing items, cold food, poorly bagged and as such ALWAYS spilled on the delivery bag. Talk about constant and sheer incompetence, FML.

They can't make coffee a coffee in 20min. Was the first to come in at 8:00 a.m, everyone before me got the order, over 10 people except me!!!! And I was in a hurry and said it but they couldn't make a damn coffee! and had to leave without my coffee even though I paid!

Tried to take a breakfast here with a friend Took a sandwich with cappuccino. Sandwich was okay, but the cappuccino was terrible. Just a watery coffee with some milk foam on it. My friend had pancakes with a normal coffee and later a burger menu with fries. Again the coffee was terrible and tasted like water. The fries were half warm and not fully fried. Sorry for this Mc Donald’s, but you really can do better.

It's in the middle of downtown, the tourists freely pee anywhere when they need to use the bathroom. The city should have more security patrol the area. Back to McDonald's, my order was 64 for and ice cream, yet.... Number 89 has been called and we were still waiting, girl at the counter was busy, but made zero attempt to talk to me when I stood there receipt waiting to speak to someone. What's up with Portugal and ignoring tourists when it's almost 85% of the city's business?

Here you buy your burger and fries from this well known restaurant. It is usually very busy so you may have to longer than you are expected to wait at other branches of this restaurant.

Well my hope wasn’t very high to begin win, it’s still an McDonalds. Comparing Swedish McDonlands with Portugal version, this is really bad. The burgers are very low quality and weird. Be aware, while you’re “enjoying” your burger, people selling stuff will disturb you. Some people will also conduct dumpster diving (picking food from the trash).

We rarely eat fast food when traveling internationally but we were having a hard time finding coffee that was not esspero. McDonalds to the rescue! The coffee with milk was very close to what we are used to.

I was looking forward to eating a hot apple pie. I was so disappointed. The pie was completely cold. It wasn’t even just warm. It was COLD! I never experienced that before. Also the manager was yelling at one of the workers and telling her she needs to stand in place. Such disrespectful behavior. I will now have to toast my pie at home because it’s not edible.

The area where the orderering kiosk are placed is to small. They should have more space. Also the area in front of the area where you pick up food is to cramped.

One of the best place to buy food. It is located in the city center near to Rossio Square. Very busy place.

i hate this place. my fries were cold from just a 1 minute walk from there to my apartment. my mcflurry was turned into liquid before i even got it. i didn’t get my sauce. the machine gave me no receipt, so i didn’t know my order number, so i had to watch them pack every single order closely to know which one was mine which caused my anxiety levels to go through the roof. my friend payed for a carrier bag which she never got. so all i have to say is that this was the worst mcdonalds experience i’ve ever had

The staff forget to do their jobs as soon as there's a little too many people. Waited 20 minutes for 1 drink and a side and the drink was smaller than ordered. Disgraceful order and coordination in the kitchen from my 20 minutes of viewing. This branch should be closed for it's own good. Shameful!!!!!

It opened almost 15 minutes than it’s supposed. You won’t find breakfast here. They had only basic coffee. Even with zero people inside I’d been waiting for 3 simple burgers for 10 minutes

Worst experience in McDonald's ever. I usually go everyday with my friends , because i like the ice-cream of McDonald's. The price is very reasonable also. I ordered 3 icecream and one cappuccino. I completed the order and finished the payment by my card but i didn't get the receipt. Then i went to the reception and tell the problem. There was a guy in the reception he told us did i saw the number . I said yes 73. He told me to wait for the number. After 30 minutes I again went to him and tell him why my order isn't coming. Then he told me that they don't have my order on their list. Then i show them my payment. Then they said yes they got it. Then a lady asked me ,What was my order. I told her 3 icecream and one cappuccino. Then they give me my order. The ice-cream was completely melted. I refuse to take this. The lady told me she can't do anything. She refused to give another ice-cream. Then I left the store without taking my food. It was their fault. But they was very rude. It was very disappointing.

McDonald's is losing its test day by day. Big Mac petty was so tiny and hard, sauc and maiyo wasn’t enough in the burger, also the nuggets were testless to me.
