We
had
an
absolutely
superbe
date
night
at
Taberna
Fina,
overlooking
the
lively
square
and
enjoying
some
of
the
most
delicious
foods
we
ever
had.
The
Tasting
Menu
was
an
eye-opener
for
flavors
and
textures,
combining
local
portugese
ingredients
and
new
takes
on
classical
ways
of
preparation.
I’m
attaching
out
menu
in
the
picture
section
and
everything
was
mouth-watering,
but
I
fell
absolutely
in
love
with
the
Black
Pork,
Walnuts
and
Iceberg
lettuce
prepared
as
a
taco,
the
artisan
bread,
the
meagre,
which
was
prepared
in
a
fresh
foccacia
with
celery
in
all
kinds
of
form
and
a
beautiful
hint
of
rosemary
as
well
as
the
Azorean
pineapple,
date
and
mint
dish
as
a
plate
cleanser.
The
location
in
the
former
consulate
of
Brazil
is
a
mix
of
hip
and
chic
and
everything
from
the
waiting,
to
the
interior
to
the
beautifully
presented
dishes
was
a
fine
dining
experience
in
a
really
relaxed
atmosphere.
The
staff
was
wonderful
and
turned
our
evening
into
an
unforgettable
one.
We
didn’t
chose
the
wine
pairing,
but
the
Champagne
(André
Clouet
Grande
Reserve)
was
a
great
choice
and
the
food
was
so
well
thought
through,
that
I
am
almost
certain
the
wines
will
be,
too.
At
65
Euros
the
tasting
menu
was
in
our
eyes
a
very
good
value
for
money
and
I
can
only
recommend
to
make
use
of
this
gem
in
Lisbon
whenever
you
want
a
special
dining
experience.
