We stayed 11 consecutive days at this hotel. The room was modern, clean and functional. It had a safe and a mini bar fridge. A metro station is 3 minutes away and a train station is 5 minutes away. Staff was helpful and polite. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

This is a nice clean hotel in a great location to metro's and city which is made great by its staff Staff Member Rita was so lovely at check out. She did some printing for me for a prescription i needed. Exactly the kind of staff you want to deal with, kind, professional but also warm and friendly. A credit to this hotel and one of the main reasons i give it such a good review.

3 stars as the AC did not work properly and we were not offered a fan to manage the room heat. I had to pop open the window to let some cool air come in. Location - Ok not too far off from the main places. Maybe 20-40 minutes by public transportation depending on where you are heading. Bus stops and metro within 5-10 min walking distance. There are no shops nearby to grab some water or quick snacks. Access to room - A tight elevator space and even narrow hallways. Room - Modern with decent beds. Kettle for tea, coffee included. Minibar provided but expensive for a bottle of water. There should be bottles of water included for the stay. Bathroom - nice, clean and comfortable Beds - Bit hard but manageable if the cooling kicks in Hospitality - welcoming, helpful staff

Rooms are clean and neat, though a bit beige and no art work of any kind on the walls. Roomy. There isn't a restaurant outside of breakfast, just a food delivery service to your room. Bar is open most of the time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are apparently not all configured the same. We booked through booking.com and the room we got wasn't what was pictured or advertised. The staff were really lovely when we expressed our confusion and did their best to make things right. We also really enjoyed the service we received at the bar!

Leider wurde von uns 50€ Kaution kassiert, was sehr unverhältnismäßig ist. Das Frühstück ist 15€ pro Person, was auch sehr teuer ist für 4 Sterne Hotel. Personal ist freundlich und kompetent... Bezahlung muss allerdings im voraus geleistet werden. Ansonsten ist es ein einfaches Hotel mit einfacher Ausstattung.

Location is very good if you don't wanna be in a crowded area. Very easy to get to the center via bus from Campo Pequeño bus stop. Rooms are a little dated but nothing bad, clean and has the amenities. A downside is that you can hear everything that goes on outside the rooms, doors need more soundproofing. Breakfast is expensive! Just go up the street to Tim Tím cafe and spend a quarter of that for 2 people .

The only really good thing about the hotel is location, it is close to everything you need plus there is a bus station you can get the bus to the airport from there. It was clean, but not maintained as needed. Upon our arrival the most important thing was 50 euro for the water and couple of things in the fridge in case we consume, and 8 euro tax. At the checkout I was informed that we actually didn’t pay the tax so we lost some time to solve that as the receptionist is not really experienced and wasn’t sure how to do things. The room was big enough.

Great rooms with large layout , very clean bedroom and bathroom. Loved the layout , make sure you get the new side of the hotel mine was executive suites, which was great its 10euro difference but boy rooms where greats, location is a bit far from city center but uber fixes that quickly

Overall good! Rooms are clean and have everything you need. 4 stars because you are forced to pay a deposit of 50 euros for the minibar (that consists of 20g of peanuts and a few sodas..) Just charge people for what they consume at the check-out or make sure it’s included in the room rate.

Very good price for a 4* Hotel room. Rich breakfast but could have more non-sweet options to put on bread. Room was really nice, except that the water in the shower takes quite long to get warm. 3min walk to the nearest Metro and buses. Located in a side street

Turim Iberia is a cozy hotel in modern part of Lisbon. It is not in the middle of tourist attractions which I truly like as you can experience calm stay far from traffic and noise of very central neighborhoods. Its location in a vibrant neighborhood, coupled with the warm and helpful staff, made our stay a memorable one. The hotel was close to many good dinning and bars and very comfortable to stay.

Great hotel, clean, quiet, friendly trilingual staff. Lift for access to rooms. Convenient location for public transport - bus, metro and train. Can't fault it.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, very clean but only flaw is the walk to the city centre is a bit far. Although we took advantage of the walks into the city by seeing more of the culture and architecture on offer. Taxis available but we prefer walk to see more of the sights.

Horrible hospitality of the cleaning lady. Came in the room while talking on the phone while my wife was still in the room working at her computer. Did not stop talking on the phone untill she finished cleaning. Another day another cleaning lady almost started screaming at us because we were still sleeping in the room and we forgot to place the no disturb sign on the door. The room was nice and spacios but there was a problem with the smell. Stale and to be honest it really smeld like an old sick person. A lovely perfume greeted us when we arrived but it was gone in a couple of hours. Breakfast buffet could be better. Overall for the price you pay you can look for something else

Keep your belongs safe. Dont let it ramdomly when you go out of the room.

Nice hotel very convenient for Entrecampos Station and a short ride to airport. (Use Uber) Very good cafes and restaurants within walking distance . Also Turim Iberia does a good breakfast .

I know how it’s working, my fiancé works in the hotel business, and ask managers to take care about night staff on 28 of April, she doesn’t know how to check the price of competing chains, when your reservation is cancelled, because I don’t know was my error or booking.com firstly I call and ask about if they can do a stay for the amount which I reserve, the women from reception said she only can do actual reservation with actually price, when I inform that in the area are the hotel with similar price what I do the reservation she told me told me ok you can go… now I can’t recommend this hotel chain, and please train your staff and improve your customer service, because it’s better to sell a stay if you have a chamber free or not sell at old…

Excellent, helpful, and pleasant staff. Everyone can provide you helpful advice on how to enjoy Lisbon and speaks English. There were enough of toiletries in the clean, quiet room. We greatly enjoyed our stay without the stress of having to check out right away because of the 12-hour late checkout. We tried the bar, which had excellent beverages and a welcoming staff. Although breakfast wasn't included, it did look appetizing when we went by. There are a few nearby bars where you can get breakfast or sandwiches, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Campo Pequeno bus and metro stops. Would definitely suggest this accommodation payed about 30% less on Locktrip for 82$ a night than the official site also used this discount code LMUKR :)

I am very pleased. Rooms small but clean. Even a fridge. Perfect. personL at the reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good enough. Only negative no international TV.
