Pleasant hotel, friendly staff all with good English. Good location - 7 min walk to Metro (which whips you down to the tourist area), a decent supermarket is nearby and some nice local restaurants are within easy reach. Breakfast was very average and cost €10.50. The coffee was awful! Some whole fruit was available but not as per website! Rooms are comfortable, no view, and you can hear your neighbours. One side, showering and flushing the toilet, the other side, arguing loudly. I was very glad that I had taken my own tea and coffee as their offering was just one small sachet of coffee. I bought my own milk from the supermarket as that is not provided. Cleaners didn’t bother with dirty cups on day 1, but improved thereafter. The pool was very refreshing after pacing the Lisbon streets in 30° heat, and enough to cool off, but it’s only knee-deep and maybe just three strokes long!! Overall we had a nice stay, but don’t drink the coffee!

Sehr gute Lage um Lissabon zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption super nett und hilfsbereit . Einfaches aber völlig ausreichendes Frühstück mit dem man gut in den Tag startet .

The breakfast offering was a big disappointment: there were no vegetables at all, only one type of cheese, 3 types of cold cuts, and throughout our stay (which included 5 breakfasts), the selection remained exactly the same. So the breakfast wasn't worth its price. However, the staff was friendly, and cleanliness was not an issue. The cleanliness and equipment of the rooms were satisfactory for us.

Good hotel, free breakfast, staff friendly, best hotel with undeground car park in central Lisbon. Really the best option if you're driving a high value car, and staying for a few nights.

Henkilökunta ei kovinkaan palvelualtista. Aamiainen hintaansa nähden niukka, eikä homma oikein siellä toiminut. Huoneissa olematon äänieristys. Ei uskoisi 4 tähden hotelliksi. Kaksi-kolme tähteä lähempänä totuutta.

Hotel is located pretty far from anywhere decent. We paid for breakfast on our first day and it was very limited. I can only assume they managed to find the worst coffee in Portugal😅 Hubby loves coffee and he clearly was struggling to finish the cup! Food is very limited. Three types of pastry, two types of drinking yogurt, coffee machine, four types of juice- it is not 100% juice unfortunately, only fruit available were bananas and mandarins. On top of that you only had one type of bread, two types of butter and some kind of cheap looking ham and one kind of cheese. That is it. Definately not worth the price. Air conditioning was working perfectly which is great. One of the lifts, the left one, is making weird noises like it is struggling. We tried to use the right one. Beds were clean and toilets not so clean. There was some kind of yellow lotion I can only assume, on the inside of our bathroom door. Not great. Shower heads need proper scrubbing..made me use only one handheld shower head instead of the high above me (it was gross) Beds were comfy. There is a fridge in your room but very shallow so only tall items can fit in but not bulky ones. Safe was working which was great. I requested some plates from the reception and on our first night it was not an issue. We brought it back down as we were told on the next day. I tried to request them again on our last day for the fruit we bought and the receptionist wearing glasses firstly said she does not understand what I say, then said it is impossible, then said she can only give us the wooden ones even though we said we already requested it in the past and there was no issue...Do not understand why was she so difficult about such a small request. Anyways all of the other staff were lovely. We did not request cleaning service for the whole 5 days of our stay, just fresh towels and toilet rolls (They only give you 2, 1-2 ply toilet rolls per day)😅 Pool was closed thoughout our stay but went to look at it through the door and it looked more like a large square bath type of thing. Definately not a normal pool. After all our stay was ok for the price. We booked the hotel in november so we got it for half price.

Good location, short walk distance to town. The gym and pool were closed, which was disappointing. Cleaning service is bad - one day they took away towels, and didn't leave new ones, another day they didn't empty the bins or cleaned the floors. There was just one person to serve at the reception, so it took a while to get the towel, and only one person at the breakfast, so we ran out of cups and cutlery.

I needed to iron some clothes, so I had to borrow an iron for the hotel. The male receptionist told me that I had to leave a 20 Euro deposit and that it would be refunded on return of the iron. The next day, I returned the iron I was refunded my deposit. I had to make a complaint!

Location is terrible, 25 mins walk minimum from anywhere decent. Pool is a joke...and dirty. You have to book a 1 hr slot a day in the pool which is more like an outside bathtub. Rooms are dark and dingy with no balcony. Breakfast is extremely limited with terrible coffee and definitely not worth the €8.50. Price is way too high for what it is. It says four star but it's a 3 at best. Nowhere near as nice as other 4 stars in the city. Only good thing is that most of the staff are nice and friendly.

"It was all a dream" ... A really nice experience, the only thing to complain was the time. Yes, time moves too fast when you are enjoying.

Very noisy location. Corner room, maybe inside room would have been better. Bathroom wall very thin, could hear individuals talking. I had a horrible headache, so I was hoping for a little more quite. Breakfast was great. Servers kept it very nice and where very efficient.

Not very close to anywhere but it has a reasonable price (remember there is a daily city tax for tourists), rooms are OK and staff is really nice. Room clean up depended on the day (maybe rotating personnel) and, you know that nice feeling of a brand new towel? Yes, don't expect that XD All in all it is OK

Keine 4 Sterne Hotel, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Bett und Kopfkissen sind gut, sauber aber im Bad alles verrostet. Frühstück sehr schwach. Service ok . Lage gut .

Perfect for couples! Opted for the superior room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, just off the main strip and we walked everywhere during the week. Breakfast was fine but simple, mainly just had brioche, jam and tea every morning. Checking in/out was straightforward and staff were friendly and spoke good English. Overall had a great time here.

This shouldn’t be rated as 4 star hotel. Very unprofessional staff and very old finishing and furniture. The lady in the reception wrote down CVC on the back of my credit card, and stated that is the hotel rules!!!!!

Terrible room, although staff is kind. From the ceiling, it sounded like water was running very loudly! A busted pipe? The rain? I kept expecting the water to burst through the ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable. Flat pillow. Breakfast was ok, coffee terrible. Couldn't recommend staying here.

Very clean and well take care of. Area not the best but was OK if you are not a party person and not come back too late in the night. Metro is 5/6min walk

Got a clean room. Modern hotel. Small lobby. Good location in Lisbon. Close to metro and tour buses. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Speaks good English.

Nice hotel, not too expensive. Not too far of metro and main train station is 20min. walk. Around they do a lot of improvement, another reconstruction of building.

Hotel is quite far from most attractions, the room is very dated and some walls are thin. On the bright side, the price was reasonable and staff seemed friendly.

Was a good stay, close to metro. Small swimming pool- need to book for a time slot. Breakfast was enough.

We have just stayed here for 3 nights 4th-7th March and had a really lovely time. The location is good, supermarket a few minute walk away, 2 metro stations (yellow and blue lines) within 10 minute walk, lots of bus stops near to catch all different bus routes. Although we weren't right in the city centre with a 10m walk and 5 min metro we were in the centre square by the river front! We had a small double room and to our suprise the bed was much bigger than a double, we'd say it was a king! Bathroom dated and no window but usable and freshly stocked with shower gel/shampoo/fresh towels daily. Free safe and fridge in the room along with kettle cups teabags also! The plunge pool is only open in summer so we didn't use that, the gym was closed during our stay. There's a nice honest bar in reception with great value drinks and a lovely area to sit. Breakfast was mainly continental but had a good selection of croissants/natas/bread rolls/toast/meats & cheeses/yoghurts/fruit salad/cereal/whole fruit/then some hot food off scrambled eggs & bacon. Coffee machine and 3 fresh juice flavours. More than enough for what we needed! The staff were the best part of the hotel, they were so friendly and helpful, with brilliant English. We would stay here again thank you!

Basic hotel. Front desk staff is not professional, arrogant and really useful

Very convenient location. Well-chosen lighting and amazing design. There are free parking lots near the hotel, which is almost impossible for the center of Lisbon. Unfortunately I was only at the reception and I didn't have the opportunity to take photos inside maybe next time. But I'm sure you'll like it. I cannot give a full assessment.

The worst experience as for a hotel check-in in Lisbon. We, me and my boyfriend, come usually to Lisbon for business or leisure and have booked and stayed in several different hotels in the city. I am writing this while we are waiting in the reception for our room (official check-in time is 14:30). We arrived at 12:15 and waited since then. The staff at the reception told us that our room would hopefully be ready by 14. We got back to the reception at 14:10 and told us that it would be finally ready in 10 or 15 min. We waited politely and respectfully, because of course we understand that an early check-in is always a courtesy gesture from the hotel, but when we asked again at 14:30, they told us again that would need another 10 to 15 min. to give us the room. On top of that, apparently due to a conflict with the website we booked trough and their system, we were given a twin beds room (which they offered to zip the mattresses). Something that changes and bothers, to my expectations, our stay. When we finally got the room, a nicer receptionist offered to move us tomorrow to a superior room, but it doesn’t really help have to pack again tomorrow morning to have our things moved. Won’t recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon with the numerous and nice accommodation the city has to offer.
