I would give a 4.3 stars. It is well located and the room offers enough space for a short stay in the capital. It was all clean and with enough amenities. The windows could insulate better the noise. For those more sensitive you may need ear plugs. It is good value for money if about 60 eur per night

Clean and cozy room with balcony. Well equipped; hair dryer, iron, kettle, fridge and AC. Excellent location a few minutes walk from metro. Parking all across the road.

Mixed feelings. First day: big puddle of water on the floor of the room, because minifridge was turned off. TV remote was broken. Room door looked like after burglary, there were actual holes in the door, stuffed with paper. Next day: room was left unlocked after cleaning, very irresponsible. Luckily, nothing was taken. After that we took everything valuable with us when going out. Breakfast was ok, not great. Location is ok. Street noise level acceptable. Small, but clean rooms. Working air conditioner. Overall feeling: there are better hotels in Lisbon in the same price range. Not going back.

The hotel canceled our booking one week before arriving there due to "overbooking". Of course finding a decent alternative at a good price is a problem as you get closer to the checkin date. Very disappointed with this hotel!

Really positive suprise. Clean and cozy hotel with balcony. Well equipped; hair dryer, iron, kettle, fridge and air condition. Peaceful location, not far from the heart of the city. Metro and tram just few blocks away. Parking hall across the road.

Nice enough rooms with private facilities. Clearly not cleaned very thoroughly as dust was deep under the bed and present along the walls. Breakfast is worth skipping in its entirety, the cooked portion is served warm, the components are inconsistent and the service haphazard. This makes for a great place to stay if all you need is a bed to crash into at the end of a long day exploring Lisbon and it's many cafes and restaurants but not somewhere to come if you're hoping for high class accomodation.

Ants. There was ants in our room which was next to the breakfast room. Hundreds. I dread to know how many ants are in the breakfast. Room was also freezing and the AC was nowhere near able to heat up the room. Staff gave us a blanket to keep us warm, but it smelled like it had never been washed.

Even though we paid in advance for two rooms and received a booking confirmation by email, when we arrived at Dom João the desk staff said they had only one room reservation in their system. The staff implied it was our error. Only after realizing we had proof of the reservation and our payment, the staff eventually admitted the problem. They then blamed it on a colleague who came in early that day and was not present, and did very little to help. Their error wasted an entire afternoon of our first day in Lisbon because we had to find alternative accommodation. If you read other reviews here, you will find a similar theme of reservations going missing and bookings not being honored. This is not an isolated experience. This hotel is disheveled and disorganized. An awful experience, best avoided.

Close to the airport and to good restaurants. The hotels is currently going renovations so expect the entry to be a bit small nevertheless the service is amazing!!

Good location as close to the metro. Decent breakfast in the morning, although after a few days, it feels repetitive. The room was terrible. Outdated and smell of mould once you get in was unbearable. Complained to the desk and communicated with the person using Google translator. No other rooms are available, so the cleaning ladies clean the room the next day ( arrived near the midnight), toom out curtains and old blankets, which were very smelly. This should have been done before you are moved in. Two shower cabins as a bonus, although very small in cubic meters, so not enough space left for slightly taller-wider quests. On top of that, there is no wi-fi for the first 2 nights...

Nice hotel, staff was friendly. The noise isloation in the rooms is weak and the wifi is very weak, which can be a major inconvenient for this hotel.

Awesome, little, cute room on 4th floor. Has a nice, firm bed, TV, AC, Wi-Fi, balcony with street view and really cheap room service. Very nice neighborhood and really kind staff too! Can't recommend it enough!

Adequate hotel for short stay. Staff was very helpful, allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Metro is 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast is very basic.

Good enough for a night or 2, easy to get picked up by a taxi or Uber

No linen, no duvet, only a bedding is provided as bedding. The blanket didn't smell as it was washed recently. Descent location, 25 min walk from city centre. Complicated to get through the entrance door when checking in. Reception phone wasn't answered.

Warm and very polite staff. Very cosy and clean room, healthy and tasty breakfast. The subway, Anjos station is 5-7 mins away from it. I would choose this place again.

Stayed in the premium family room on the second floor during late September 2015. Very comfortable with working air-conditioning and good mattresses. Mini fridge to store your own water, etc. Breakfast was between 8-10am so start your day off with a coffee, bread, ham, cheese, orange squash. Staff were very friendly. Overall nice hotel for a short stay in the city. 5 minutes walk from Anjos metro. There's are several mini supermarkets (mini preco) dotted around that close at 9pm but if your out late, there's plenty late night convenience shops to buy cigarettes, alcohol, snacks, etc.

Great little hotel! the rooms are decent size, not sure why some other reviews complained about their size. We even have a sweet little balcony in our room- for the price, it's a real gem! Breakfast is tasty and there's more choice than in many 4* hotels in Lisbon. I love it.

Relatively central but quiet location on a parallel street to the busy Avenida Almirante Reis. At the end of the street is the nice little Jardim Constantino with old trees and cafe. Service was COVID19 compliant contactless. Except for the main entrance door ( numeric code) all doors could be opened with card contactless. The room was not very large but there was plenty of storage and closets as well as writing space. There was even an iron and clothes horse. The room had a small balcony with seating. The bathroom was relatively modern but very very cramped.

It's the "everything you need" to stay in Lisbon. Excellent breakfast, nice people, everything clean and beautiful. All of that in a small Residencial.
