This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, I didn’t want to leave! From start to finish we were made to feel welcome. We stayed for 5 days and everyday our room was cleaned and beds made. Breakfast every morning consisted of bread, crossaints, eggs, cereal, yoghurt and more. A Nespresso coffee machine has limited pod options but there is filter coffee, hot chocolate and tea options too. Fresh orange juice and even lacto free milk! The rooms were small but enough. The complimentary bathroom liquids were in the wrong place (hand soap in shower area, shampoo for sink area) but we had our own anyway. All in all highly recommended thank you to the staff for a brilliant experience.

Location is great as it is very close to the river and lots of restaurant choices. Service was good and the buffet breakfast is always satisfying. In general we would recommend the FLH Hotels in Portugal as a good value. Service was good and the room was nice. Small but well appointed.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, excellent breakfast (with cook-to-order eggs). They have all day coffee, cake and port wine. Room was modern and clean, but no view and TINY, TINY, TINY. No place for luggage in room and few amenities. Their elevator holds only 2 people at a time. I enjoyed my stay but given its small room size, it was not a good value for the price.

It is a nice hotel. Decently priced but rooms are extremely small with very low ceiling and no AC. We had to sleep with windows open. Also walls are very thin. You pretty much hear everything.

Great location and service from staff. Breakfast was average but a decent start to the day. Rooms were small but typical of European hotels. The bathroom setup however was unexpected with the ability to hear and see everything

We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Walls were a bit thin and could hear snoring from the next room - but otherwise our stay was perfect! Amazing location as well.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Great location and nice breakfast. Staff was wonderful. The rooms do get a little warm so I had to leave the window open. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel with a perfect location. Small but clean rooms. We had a nice view to the street. The breakfast was a good one with cereals, fresh juice, different milk options, crepes, pasteis de nata, yogurt and fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, pastries, coffee, cake… It’s possible to have fresh scrambled eggs by asking. Breakfast room is a bit small. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Would come back!

Good location and reasonable price. You can check in early, and check out first and leave your luggage on the counter for couple hours. Tea, coffee and snacks at lobby any time, rich and varied breakfast. Friendly counter staff·

A great hotel for a holiday. The rooms are not large but the breakfast is great. They have coffee, tea, cake and Port available 24 hrs. Wi-Fi is quick.

We were very happy with almost every aspect of our stay here (4 nights). Except one really important one: the bed. It was rock hard. It felt like a thin mattress pad had been thrown over a wooden platform. I prefer a more firm matteress, but this was really bad. We stayed on the 5th floor, I have no idea if the other beds in this hotel are the same. My husband got almost no sleep our whole stay. No matter how great the service and amenities were, the main function of a hotel-to provide a comfortable place to sleep- was not met. That being said; the staff was really amazing and helpful. The location was PERFECT. The whole place was very clean and well put together.

This is a good value for money hotel given its fantastic location. The location is probably the best attribute of the hotel overall. The rooms are clean but very small (ours had an interior facing window, onto some scaffolding, which does not even really count as a window). The staff are all friendly, pleasant and helpful. The main downside of our experience here was being able to hear almost anything happening OUTSIDE of our room. The walls are paper thin. The wooden floors creak very loudly whenever anyone or anything moves. This interrupted our sleep several times over.

Liked: - very good an clean location - super tasty breakfast - the design and furniture Disliked: - extra small room - from bed you could see/smell/hear the person which is in the bathroom. The walls are made of glass and the door cannot be closed (huge gap). i have never seen a worse bathroom regarding privacy ever in my life. - also there was lots of noise from the corridor in front of the room. super bad insolation

Nice clean hotel, the only thing to be wary of, they are located near a night club. So on Friday/ Saturday nights, you won't be getting much sleep as the music was thumping very loud even a few floors up. Ok if you are going clubbing.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was generous and tasty. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few minutes from the metro and trams/busses. Coffee and tea was always available and the entire stay was just lovely. We’d love to stay there when we visit Lisbon again!

Stayed the night. Lovely little (more than enough space) room. Had lovely breakfast with fresh juice and range of items to eat. Lady on reception was really friendly and helpful and in a great location fairly central to everything

This is a wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again. Very stylish, very comfortable. Perfect location. Good wifi. Delicious breakfast, you can also get scrambled eggs. Very good coffee at breakfast, they have a nespresso coffee machine. Also very good orange juice. Staff were very nice and helpful and very responsible about the covid measures. Loved the all day “bar” with tea, water, coffee, apples and you can also have a glass of port wine. We really enjoyed our stay. Thick and very large towels. Nice toiletries. The only thing we were nit so thrilled about was the glass bathroom wall.

Little hotel with great location with great service. Breakfast is Ok with little few options. Water is splashing on the floor from the bathroom due to shower tray glass design where there is gap and need to clean the water after taking shower every time. We stayed in Room no 16 on 3rd floor . Staff are very helpful .Not able to control the AC below 22 degrees from the room . 24 Hr tea / coffee facility available. They Cleaned the room everyday ...

Shower continuously leaked water onto the floor of the bathroom AND entryway. Musky smell likely due to the lack of airflow and moisture getting trapped. Location is good and close to restaurants.

Very nice hotel near the centre with more than decent prices. We found a bit weird that the room was separated from the toilet/shower just by a glass wall and door. Which wasn’t really much for privacy. But i guess many people won’t mind that.

Location is perfect to visit Alfama and other parts of the downtown. Hotel is clean, staff is really kind, relaxing interior. Wi-Fi, Netflix and others available. Baggage room service available. I recommend this hotel.

This is real value for money. We paid around 45 euro per night, for Two persons including breakfast. The hotel is located right in the center of things, walk g distance to the minestwrio square is 3 minutes. Easy access to team 15e, 28e, busses and metro. The hotel is fairly new, just built two years ago. It is a small hotel with only around 25 rooms or so, but it is really nice. The room is nice and clean, with good size TV and a good bed and pillows. The lighting is good and is not just standard hotel lamps, it's actually looking good as well. The toilet and shower is built in the room using glass. The glass is frosted on the lower 2/3 but a person can easily look over, and see what's going on inside the toilet/shower. Also the door is glass, and there is a spacing of maybe 1-2 cm when the door is closed, so it's possible to look through. Also sounds pass easily 😳 But as long as you stay alone or with a person you are comfortable with, it's all ok. Aircondition worked faily well, at times we had 37 degrees outside, and then the aircon could only get us down to 23-24 celcius. But that was fine. Breakfast is served in the back part of the lobby, and almost every morning nice jazz was playing from a speaker. Really nice. All the food was individually wrapped, so no contamination from other guests as in regards to covid etc. Nice selection of coffee from a nespresso machine, or filter coffee if you prefer that. The staff was really kind and smiling, definetly a hotel i can recommend. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the plumbing in the toilet. The rainshower head was loose, the glass wall and the glass door to the shower did not close properly so water ran to the floor at every shower. The most annoying thing is the low water pressure and the lack of a thermlststrfaucet for the shower. It is almost impossible to get the right comfortable temperature for showering because of the low water pressure. (we were staying st the 4th floor). Any way... For that price... It's really a bargain.

Ana Nunes and Francisco is the best staff, a Hotel owner could ask for. They were so helpful, kind, and were beyond service-minded. We asked Ana for help, regarding a pcr-testing center, and she said "I'll take care of it". Later that day she made sure of EVERYTHING. She booked an appointment for us, and made sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely incredible. Fantastic clean and quality hotel, in the heart of Lisbon. We would love to come back, and have a stay with you again.
