Terrible customer service, negative atmosphere, snobbish trainers and people. I have danced in many places in the world but It is impossible to have fun in this place. Once we were kicked out from a class because the trainer thought we are not advanced enough. OK, you can forget about the stupid couple that doesn't get the moves but to ask us to leave? That is just mean... Also, whats up with obligatory changing of partners every 5 minutes? If I come with my boyfriend to dance in a couple, I want to dance only with him, so don't give me the judgmental looks for wanting to dance with the partner I came with, and especially don't tell me to hire private classes for that after paying you for a whole month. Terrible business model...Ended up not even using my month of dances.

I had a less than pleasant experience at this location. Upon entering to get a feel of the atmosphere, an instructor approached me rather promptly, asking me to seek information at the reception. This reaction, in my opinion, didn't allow me to truly understand the vibe of the place. I proceeded to approach the reception for further details, but couldn't find the information I was seeking. I was taken aback by the receptionist's attitude, which seemed in line with the instructor's demeanor I encountered earlier. Regrettably, based on this experience, I don't intend to revisit this location. I hope my feedback will be useful in improving their future services.

Fabulous dance studio with great teachers and a range of classes. Flexible membership options (I stayed for 4 weeks)

I can't recommend this place enough. If you are thinking of taking dance classes in Lisbon, this is where you need to be. The people working here are super friendly and welcoming, and the teachers are phenomenal.

I've been attending Jazzy Santos and Saldanha for almost six months now. It's a great dance school, amazing teachers, beautiful structure and helpful and friendly staff. I've been studying different dance styles and loving it. I have only once had a very unfortunate contemporary dance class with SOFIA LEITE, Saturday at Saldanha where the teacher was racist and really disrespectful and mean saying that the school policy of allowing students to take all classes makes lazy irresponsible students who don't compromise to the lessons. She also diminished other dance styles that are also taught at the school saying that European classic styles are superior and harder to learn, not as simple and silly as "salsa" for instance and she also questioned my nationality, adding that I was "exotic" to be Portuguese (I'm not), which was a r4c1st comment. Apart from that, I recommend everything else the school has to offer. I'd take even more lessons with I could get notified about the external workshops that often happen at the school.

Dance school for various styles. I was there for Kizomba. The first hour is free, after that you pay €10 per hour or €20 for the whole day. The school is very well attended and the courses are quite full. Therefore more of a mass event. Not suitable for people who want to learn details. The atmosphere is very relaxed and nice. The dance partners were swapped a lot during the lessons.

The best academy in Lisbon, its teachers are leaders in their disciplines both outside and inside Portugal, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, there is no better place to dance in Portugal.

It's a great dance studio with good teachers, however my problem is - administrators only answer the email booking requests about half the times. It's impossible to plan anything with that level of responsibility from the staff.

Lovvvvveeee this dance studio ! There are plenty of daily classes and plenty of styles to try out. Done a couple of contemporary ones when I was travelling through lisbon, which were so much fun. Some instructors speak more English than the others but honestly I would go back to lisbon just so I can go to dance classes at jazzy all day!!!

Really great dance school with very kind and welcoming teachers. I would highly recommend anyone to check it out.

I only have been to the DanSunday Social (yesterday, 2nd April) and I really enjoyed the party. 4 different areas, nice music and I love the fact it was a open atmosphere towards new people like me. Its definitely worth the 7 euros I paid. Not 5 stars because of the lady who sat by the entree... Hope she's feeling better today, because she was cold, no smile, only the necessary words..all the 3 times I interacted with her. Thankfully there was a kind gentleman near her who made defeniteley up for it :) Thank you for organizing it!

I have been dancing for less than a month and might be the reason to let me stay in Lisbon more and don't change country. I love go to their dance classes especially Hip Hop 0 with Alvaro!!!!! The best Mondays ever! Customer services are the best , always very friendly and genuinely relaxed. 4 stars!

Great dancing studio, variety of classes

Party with Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba. Extra room for Kizomba. The entrance is on the railway side not on the side to the river.

Sadly 1 star is the only review I can give to Jazzy due to the incompetent and disappointing work of administration. Even though the teachers and their classes were great, my experience with administration in Santos was beyond upsetting and troublesome. I was trying to terminate my membership with them for a month and I swear they couldn’t care less about anything. They didn’t respond to my emails, didn’t pickup the phone calls and didn’t engage in any problem-solving whatsoever. Because I was not provided with neither a paper nor a digital copy of my contract (even when I asked for it), administration eventually manipulated me into paying for one additional month of classes because I was ‘too late’ to notify them I’m terminating my contract. As somebody already left a review here, please make sure to read your contracts before signing them with Jazzy and always ask for a copy to take home with you. If you’ll have any problems - make sure to physically go to the club and pressure them to do something as communication over email will take you nowhere. Very sad that a club with a great potential is represented this way by the staff.
