It's an awesome store, I love it! Plenty of books, electronics, gaming equipment, merch, just about everything with awesome quality and great service! You can also pick up packages and buy event tickets there.

I understand that this place is in a mall, but you can go right around the corner (in the same mall) to the Auchen's electronic section and get much of what they have for way cheaper. They do have some cool stuff though.

Great gadgets, but staff aren't very useful. Maybe they should get more training in all areas of the store. Lots of times they refer you to someone else at the other end of the store who is, supposedly, the expert on what you're seeking.

They keep removing my balance that I've been gathering in my FNAC card. They do not care to even warn the customer the balance will expire at a certain date. They send you a thousand e-mails with senseless stuff, but never to warn you that your balance will expire. Poor customer service.

I bought a Hoover vaccum cleaner about 2 months ago and discriptions were OK and I like the idea of having less noise and the new ecological model. It says it's very easy to clean the corner that's true but the machine didn't sucks well not strong enough that led me more time anyway I thought it's OK I am not gonna go back just for that and within 2 months that expensive vacume got burning smell and I took it to the Fnac but I called to Fnac and the person was helpful on the phone their call centre I supposed but in the store they weren't helpful at all when I told the problem and on the phone they said you might get some alternative but on the store that department manger didn't willing to help me and didn't offer anything nor help or different solution. So I didn't know what to do and they said if you want us to fix this machine it will take 30 days at least and I can't wait 30 days I need to vaccum every 3 days that lead me to buy new machine again which cost me a lot what is the point have have expensive machine and when you get trouble you get no support. If they wish they could have done much better to make happy customer on top of that I am a member of Fnac and I paid for that to get angry, upset, not willing to support to this paying customers that's really sad the behaviours and willingness to help their loyal customers.

No customer service, no return policy of headphone. Strongly recommend not to buy anything from here.

Alot of Brands here but Primark is The Best REASON : Affordable price with Long range to choices ... EX : You have 10€ and U want to buy a Shirt , You can buy 1 shirt from 10 Or buy 5 different shirt ( 2€ Each ) AND have almost all Sizes

Fnac is excelent for the differentiating offer in books and some other singular items in electronics. Prices were and could be better but defenitily a place to take into account when looking for a present

There's a lot of Apple/Samsung flair in this place, mostly apple. As I'm not a consumer of both brands, all I found at FNAC I could find in other places I've been to, so it's an "ok" place for me. They try to keep the classy mood that you had when PCs were a thing from the future, I give them that...

The store is a book, Record, ticket and computer seller. They have selection in books mostly on Portuguese and quite a few in English. There os a cafeteria where one can enjoy a selection of refreshments, pastries and sandwiches. Attentive staff will search for any item eg a book and can place an order for you.

this is a massive mall , one of the biggest I have seen . The draw back I experienced as a tourist and does speak Portuguese , I had a hard time trying to follow directions . In fact it took me some 20 minutes to find my rental car . Other than that I was very very impressed

Staff is super friendly, we had an issue with the fnac card and the employee stayed with us all the way until we get the problem fixed. Really recommend it

Service was good,but I am very disappoint for I purchase sim from lisbo bus Depo for Euro 7.50 and same was available in other shop outside for Euro 5 why so much difference and apart from that I have to visit Nos Galary for activate the sim as my internet was not working for that I spend 4 euro.Now internet is working but it was unjustified. Another Fnac, not anything new, not anything different from others. Clean as usual, same organisation as usual usually has some people but I haven't had a bad experience with waiting times here, a decent team works there I would assume.

When I was looking for a tripod for my camera, the saleswoman took her time to advise me despite the high number of customers. She also apologized several times for the long waiting time. I can highly recommend this fnac Store. The customer service is extremely good and you feel like at home.

The flow of people was massive but the cashier was very quick I would give 10/10 for the experience there. All the employs were very nice with us even if we only talk English and not Portuguese. they have a lot of things and can find a lot of what you need would recommend every time if you need something from the mall.

It used to be a good place to shop for electronics. Now its not. Personal are clueless and when not biased, know less than customers. Limited offer and often outdated. They will advise you to order online... Take care, most products are offered by questionable 3rd party stores.
