was
excited
for
a
pasta
workshop
that
I
was
going
to
have
last
week
with
my
work
team
but
I
was
unfortunately
deceived
by
the
team
at
this
space.
I
had
a
workshop
scheduled
for
a
specific
day
and
time,
but
due
to
work
schedule
problems
I
asked
for
the
possibility
of
changing
the
schedule
but
keeping
it
on
or
even
arrange
a
next
date.
I
was
informed
by
the
person
in
charge
that
it
would
be
possible
to
change
the
time
to
later
on
the
same
day,
and
that
there
would
be
no
problem
despite
this
change
being
requested
only
24
hours
in
advance.
I
was
happy
with
the
result
since
I
was
it
would
be
possible
to
complete
work
tasks
and
still
attend
the
workshop.
My
astonishment
is
when
the
next
day,
I
find
out
when
waking
up
and
checking
my
email
(through
an
email
sent
outside
working
hours)
that
after
all,
not
only
it
wouldn't
be
possible
to
postpone
to
the
new
time
already
agreed
and
confirmed
by
the
person
in
charge,
BUT
the
original
time
already
PAID
on
that
day
was
no
longer
available
as
the
chef
wanted
to
dedicate
himself
to
personal
events.
The
correct
thing
to
do
would
be
to
inform
that
the
new
time
would
not
be
available
and
as
such
the
event
would
return
to
the
previous
time
otherwise
we
would
lose
the
event/money
due
to
lack
of
attendance,
but
that
was
not
what
happened.
They
demanded
that
I
set
a
new
date
for
a
service
that
was
confirmed
only
24h
ago
and
was
not
delivered.
Yes,
I
requested
the
changes
but
I
ended
up
with
no
changes,
no
workshop,
and
of
course
no
possibility
of
refund
even
though
the
miscommunication
was
on
their
end.
I
was
defrauded
of
almost
€400
with
the
excuse
that
they
cannot
make
a
refund
now
and
following
the
idea
that
there
was
no
fault
or
lack
of
communication
on
his
part.
My
team
and
I
were
left
without
money,
without
an
event
as
there
is
no
possibility
for
these
people
to
all
come
together
again
as
they
work
in
a
remote
environment,
some
even
outside
of
Lisbon
and
mainland
Portugal.
It's
gets
even
better
when
their
boss
sends
me
an
email
stating
that
since
I
COULDN'T
ATTEND
THE
WORKSHOP
they
would
issue
a
discount
of
30%
for
drinks
and
food
in
case
I
was
open
to
schedule
a
dinner
there.
So
not
only
they
kept
400€
from
an
entire
team
as
they
have
the
audacity
to
invite
us
to
pay
more
for
their
services.
It's
a
never
ending
lack
of
customer
care.
A
SHAME,
so
run
away
from
this
space
and
these
people
because
as
you
can
see,
applying
the
rules
only
works
when
the
problem
is
on
their
side
and
they
will
leave
you
hanging
hard.
