Stayed here on a long weekend in the city and would wholeheartedly recommend it. The location is really excellent. We never bothered using the Metro (there is a stop right outside) opting instead to use leg power to see the city and it always felt that we were always close enough to the hotel to make it back when our old legs inevitably gave up. We had a room on the fourth floor with a small balcony overlooking the square. The windows effectively kept the noise from the square at bay and the room itself was comfortable. We particularly liked the luxurious bath. Relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The staff were efficient and friendly. Had a small problem with the key card and it was fixed immediately and without fuss. Would easily stay here again in the future!

We had a room so small we couldn't open our luggages inside. The toilet seat was in front of a wall, we had to sit sideways with our knees bumping the wall, it's a bit ridiculous. We asked for a new room but they didn't sympathised and said they were nothing available (whereas in our floor only, we saw at least 3 rooms with the "clean seal" sealed on the door handle ...). It's a bit of a shame, not to mention that it was a booking for our honeymoon and we informed them during both the reservation and the check-in. But the worst thing happened on the last day of our visit, we saw 4-5 cockroaches crawling on the breakfast buffet, it definitely did put us off. It was disgusting. Again, we informed them about the cockroaches, and they just said "thank you". I would avoid this place, even though the location is nice.

Hate rating this hotel so low but so many low points that has made our stay not very comfortable. The bathroom of the room 102 is so small I had to actually use the disabled toilet on the restaurant, yes every time I need a toilet, I could not physically access the toilet and seat down on the toilet. I had a stained bed sheet on the first night and rooms was not cleaned daily. I just came back at around 5pm and been told the cleaning service has stopped so not clean room tonight. Told reception a couple of times I would be happy to pay for a bigger room but been told the hotel was fully booked even though I noticed seals in some doors meaning that room has not been used. It was a shame as I do love Lisbon and in general the hotel stuff was friendly but dirty sheets, a toilet I can’t use and no daily cleaning service made our stay not a comfortable one. So my suggestion would be to avoid room 102..

The hotel is located in Piazza Figueira, so transportation is very good. Plus, the view of the square from the window is great. The main tourist spots are just a short walk or tram ride away. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and make you feel really welcome. The breakfast was very tasty and satisfied my whole family. The room was quaint but modern at the same time. I would definitely stay here again. The shower door opens outward, making it uncomfortable to open with a shower mat.

We did a last-minute booking and didn't expect much. Considering the location is very central and near major shopping streets and touristic attractions. We assumed it was gonna be a tourist trap hotel. But we were wrong. The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They even offered us complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were just beyond. Love the design, the space for wardrobe, and all the toiletries. The bedding was excellent. Most importantly, despite being in such a buzzing area, soundproof windows give you a good night's rest. I would recommend this hotel.

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location for easily reaching everything you need in Lisbon. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant area is really contemporary and would be somewhere you’d want to go even if you weren’t staying in the hotel. And the hotel toilets downstairs from the bar are just amazing! Rooms are lovely with comfortable beds, high quality toiletries and good air conditioning. The only down side is that there isn’t much storage - just a wardrobe but nowhere to put folded clothes, underwear etc! Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is lovely - the best orange juice we’ve ever had on a hotel buffet. Lots of different choices, even pizza slices. My only one complaint was that the cleaner didn’t take away any of our dirty glasses or cups (we’d taken some drinks up to the room on the first night) and they were still on the desk three days later. The room was cleaned daily though. Would definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend to others

If your planning to visit Lisbon this is the right place!! location is great we took the metro from the airport all the way to the hotel the metro 1 minute walk only.. many things to do around the area… staff was so helpful & nice! Room are clean & quite. Buffet was great. Overall highly recommended to visit this place definitely if I’m going back to Lisbon.

Reception is partof the bar which made signing in and out very awkward. Care had to taken in the lifts as non residents kept trying to get in. Restaurant is very crowded and trying to book is very frustrating. Breakfast is good. Hotel in Central area so shopping ,bars etc are close. Rooms are of a good size.

We had dinner three times here. Food, service and prices were great. They had happy hour too.👌

Modern, four-storey hotel (part of a chain) right downtown at the busy Praça da Figueira with an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are somewhat compact with little space to place clothes if one wants to empty the suitcase. The bed was very comfortable and the sleek entertainment center could do almost everything: Bluetooth connection, streaming services, screen mirroring, web browsing, etc. The bathroom was spacious with a very nice walk-in rain shower head and hand-held shower wand. Do not expect any daily coffee pods or envelopes delivered by housekeeping! I had to ask for it two days in a row (and I stayed for 7 nights). It doesn't seem to be the custom.... Also, on several occasions the room was not made up until late in the afternoon. I had to call about that, too. However, the receptionists are helpful. The buffet breakfasts are very good and the service personnel there is great. Likewise, the waiters on the outside patio. All things considered, I spent a pleasant week there.

While this is a very nice hotel located in a great section of Lisbon, the rooms were very small and impractical. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. However. There is a restaurant downstairs that has great breakfasts and a really nice happy hour. I'd stay there again, but I'd have to take less luggage!

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Would recommend rooms on the 4th floor with Square view. We had a balcony off the bedroom and bathroom. The doors to the balcony do a very good job of shutting out noise and light and the beds are large and comfortable so we slept well. TV screen is in the bedroom mirror and the bathroom has Rituals toiletries. All was very clean and great power shower. Really easy to travel anywhere, including to/from the airport thanks to Rossio Metro station and the transport hub between Figueira and Rossio squares. Breakfast not as good as we were hoping for from a vegan perspective as the marking of items is not always clear, but we bought some plant based spread and yoghurt and soya and oat milk are provided, along with bread, grilled vegetables, fruit selection, cereals and jams. Lovely that my wife's birthday was marked by sparkling wine and a cake being delivered to the room (although unfortunately we couldn't eat the cake as it wasn't vegan)!! Would definitely recommend as a well located, quiet, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel.

Quickly booked a stay here after leaving a horrible Airbnb nearby. The team was lovely, the room was clean, and the windows blocked out the noise very well. Would stay here again !

A clear recommendation for every Lisbon tourist. Perfectly located hotel, very nice design, rich breakfast combined with attentive staff. One star less than five for the rooms as it may happen that you get a less optimal layout in the same room category.

We came for a long weekend and we were received with a great smile by all the staff. Special mention to Ana Pires, who was always attentive to us and making sure everything in our room was perfect. The rooms are not huge, but as it is mentioned, the building is old so you can’t expect a standard prefabricated style like the huge franchises. Great location. We walked most of the days. Extremely clean rooms and nice, clean toilets with Rituals products. Comfortable bed and good bed linen. - Nice view from our window. - Happy hour in their bar. - AMAZING restaurant downstairs and they gave us a discount coupon for dinner there.

Friendly staff, nice furnitured room but pray to god, that you do not get room nr 102. ;-) It is tiny and you can not sit propper oh the toilet because there is the wall an there is no space for your legs.

In our room the air conditioner was broken and not repaired, we moved to a room that was noisy, we returned to the original room without air conditioner. There is not enough storage space for clothes for seven nights, so my clothes stayed in the suitcase. Excellent breakfast and great staff, very caring and helpful! The location in the city center is excellent

We stayed here for four days in total and our stay was very pleasant. The receptionists and waiters were nice and friendly. For Portuguese standards, the buffet did not lack any choices and offered a wide range of options. The breakfast room design was eye catching and thought out. The hotel room was very clean and modern. We would recommend going for a room with view on the Praça da Figuera.

Beautifull hotel in center of the town. Location ideal both for sightseeing and visiting congress center . There are two lines in front of the hotel. In imidiate vicinity is rosy train and metro station. Rooms are confortable and very well kept. Tidy hotel with geneorus breakfast. Staf is very polite and helpfull. Yeah, i had a great time there. It is for highest recomendation.

+ the atmosphere in the restaurant and loung . The rooms at nice but very small - You can’t regulate the temperature by yourself have to tell the staff to adjust it . My room temperature was 27 degrees.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at My Story hotel Figueira. City views of Praçe da Figueira. The room was quiet and spacious. The bed was wicked comfortable and the curtains were blackout which made sleeping so much easier! The bathroom was a little small but the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water to keep you warm after exploring the great city of Lisbon. The staff was pleasant to interact with. They have an Italian restaurant apart of the hotel. We never ate there but did grab glasses of wine a few nights before going out. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great located hotel in Lisbon!

Stayed for 7 nights with my partner. Paid 1000€ inc. Breakfast. Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic. (5 minutes walk to both metro lines, bus and taxi stations right on the entrance). The rooms are tidy, despite being slightly small and cramped. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and offers a wide variety. The price is slightly high, but if you find a good deal don't think twice before ordering a stay!

Our stay at my story hotel was excellent. Bright clean room and very good restaurant. It was a perfect location for exploring Lisboa. Upon leaving I discovered I had forgotten my wedding ring.
