CAN I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS??? I'd like to start off by saying that I did not expected much for the price I paid, however there is still a level to maintain when in the hospitality industry. Absolute worst place I have ever experienced with accommodation. I was supposed to stay for 3 night however upon arriving the environment felt very unsafe. I decided to book another place and when leaving the accommodation there were police everywhere searching the area. I went to a nearby ice cream store (which has the best ice cream and the kindest staff) and waited for an Uber. I chatted with the staff at the ice cream store and they said that there is a huge problem with dealing in the area. As a female solo traveler it is not very comforting to stay in such an area. To get to the entrance of the hotel there is almost no light to guide the way. When entering the building it smells extremely bad and you can see that the carpets have not been cleaned in over 100 years. I booked a twin room and it is nothing that the pictures promised and the bathroom looks worse than that of public toilets. The towels have stains on them and there was NO soap in the soap dispenser. I wrote an email to the staff to ask for a refund and they refused it and claimed that the maintenance team was on the premises and found no faults. Absolute scam and the worst service ever!!!

I really don't understand why this place is rated so low. It's great location, cheap. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, room size also ok. The only negative is thin walls so you can hear neighbors snoring or making love - not a problem for me. Area also safe, maybe some dealers but who cares, they are not dangerous at all. I will definitely stay here again if the price remains attractive.

We opted for a more affordable location as we were practically passing through and it was quite disappointing. Don't expect something so bad because regardless of how much, we are still paying. Room was very cramped and uncomfortable. The reception is not open 24 hours a day, and you have to have a code to enter, which is not secure at all. Twice they tried to enter my room and I was scared. I do not recommend.

The worst hotel I've ever been in. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The toilet constantly smelled of drain and mold. The rooms were extremely small. There was hardly any opportunity to put his things somewhere properly, let alone unpack and sort them. The window in the bathroom couldn't be closed. The walls were so thin that I could hear everyone around me and above me. They were so thin that I could hear the vibration of cell phones, conversations, and even the urination of others in the hotel. Drug dealers are also everywhere in the area. No employees on site if you want to address something.

Bad place. "Free" Wifi is an illusion, especially for those who need to access their notebook to work. Even listening to music or accessing basic things like Instagram is practically impossible. Think twice before hiring their service. There is no reception, sometimes we had to help customers who arrived later, as the hostel does not provide any guidance, information, especially internet, which is the basics for living and working in a modern world... I hated the service. I do not recommend. Completely abandoned in the hostel, especially in basic services... SAD!

Shameful. Tiny room with hardly any space, tiny shower. Lack of cleaning. A lot of noise from both the cleaning ladies and the other tenants...the walls are made of paper. There was a cockroach in the lamp. A lot of humidity. They do not change towels or sheets if you stay several nights. There is no heating or air conditioning. Breakfast is left at your door in a cardboard box. There is no reception. It is worth paying a little more for a hotel in good condition. Here they call it suites hahahahaha. The only good thing is the location, very central.

The room was tiny (only 2 narrow beds fit in and no closet or shelf or even a free space for suitcases). The beds were absolute rubbish (both sagging, one of them had broken springs due to the very thin mattress/cloth) and caused both guests to itch violently on the first night (we'd rather not ask more about the cause, but we're hoping for only a lot of itching). aggressive detergent instead of “living” causes). It was hard to even think about sleeping because an extremely loud fan on the roof of the neighboring house was making noise for about 10 minutes every hour. However, closing the windows wasn't an option either, as you might suffocate in the tiny room without air conditioning in warm temperatures. There were no other comforts such as a TV, refrigerator, luggage storage or a towel rack in the bathroom or room to dry the wet towels - but in our opinion that's not so bad if the minimum was enough to stay overnight. The bathroom was also moldy and a bit dirty in many cracks, the towels and the drain stank and there was usually only cold water in the shower! If you want to find something positive: the location is good. And the self-check-in and self-check-out without staff went smoothly (although, as mentioned, luggage storage after check-out is not possible, which has to be laboriously and expensively searched for in the area if necessary). Conclusion: Instead of staying in this hole, we should have chosen one of the numerous alternatives in the area in the same price category of around 50€/night, which can actually only be better in order to get at least some restful sleep.

I come back to this review because I did not explain the reason for the bad rating I gave at the time. To begin with, the hotel was run by a very unfriendly lady who almost yelled at me because I had not received the door code by WhatsApp when I made my reservation. The hotel is very well located in Lisbon despite the young people offering us drugs in the street in front of the hotel. I will pass on the noises that the latter are discussing until late in the evening. Very small but clean room. I would like to point out that I visited this hotel in December 2019 for 5 days, I don't know how it is today.

Horrible! Run away while you still can!!! Dirty, impersonal person at Check in or Check out everything is managed by codes so if you encounter a problem good luck!!! We had a room with a window that opened into a storage room full of paint cans with all the accompanying smells!!! For the shower if you are over 1m70 and over 70kgs it will be difficult for you!!!

The location is great and it is close to absolutely everything you need in Lisbon. Unfortunately our room was very small and had practically no space to put anything (a stick with hangers is not a closet). Anyway, the price we paid for the nights we stayed was decent. I recommend it if your luggage is basically a backpack with four things. :)
