Boutique Chiado is ideally situated near the shopping district, many restaurants, and a lively square with access to two tourist trams (28 and 12). The location is very walkable making travel by foot to major attractions a viable option. We got a day pass for the tram and ended up walking back without issue. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Daily housekeeping ensured we always arrived back to a clean, stocked room. The deluxe double room was exactly as pictured on the hotel website. It's a great apartment-style space offering a separate sitting room with kitchenette and two Juliette balconies. I'm a bit critical of pillows and these were not up to my standards; nonetheless, I enjoyed a restful sleep each night. The only other constructive criticism I'd offer is with respect to the toiletries - the shower was equipped with a large bottle advertised as an all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Personally would have preferred these as individual items accompanied by a body lotion. That said, I brought my own so I can't truthfully comment on the quality of the all-in-one bottle. On the other hand, I can confidently say the accommodations, staff, and location were excellent. Highly recommend. Of note, we booked directly via the hotel web site which offered the most competitive price with a refund window. In fact, we had to amend our stay and the staff facilitated the change without any problems. We also got a call the day prior confirming our request for an early check-in. Given this is a small, boutique hotel, I don't imagine such requests can always be fulfilled. Lastly, the hotel offers a breakfast option but we did not have the opportunity to try this out, opting instead to explore the area.

Great location, good design, friendly and neat. However be aware that it's an old house that has been renovated. You will be able to hear your neighbours in the next doors room or any other commotion on the corridors and stairs quite loudly.

The room was large, bright, and clean with a fully equipped kitchen area. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great location. The area is busy but no issues with noise at night.

Location is fab! Walk out front doors, go left and follow the hill down ans you are at the main shopping area with lots of food places! You are also say 5 minute walk to pink Street. The staff were lovely upon check in and always said hello. The room was comfortable with a lovely shower. Roughyl 10 euros from the airport. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own hair dryer! The one in the room is a bit questionable. Defo recommend this lovely place.

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The location is excellent with it being close to everything. The room was lovely and perfect for a city break. Plus all the staff were always helpful and lovely. Highly recommend if you’re ever in Lisboa.

Loved our stay so much we came back later in the week. The location was outstanding and super close to restaurants, the river, and shops. We walked to see a Fado show, ate dinner at the restaurant next door, and ran by the river, and bought some gifts to bring home. Hoping to return this summer if there is a cancellation because it was great! The only feedback: communicate the city tax before the arrival (cash) or furnish the link to pay the tax online sooner or via text.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, recently refurbished, spacious, bright and very clean. Great location, close to the city center, metro and railway stations, but on a quiet street that felt very safe also at night.

I truly enjoyed this little gem! It has everything you can wish for and more. Yhe only thing I was worried about was that the luggage was stored in an open corridor for everyone to access, but the frienly receptionist told me not to worry and promised full responsibility for its safety. I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's well-located on a quiet street of a really lively area. So much was walkable including the metro. The rooms were super clean, housekeeping was amazing. Check in was a breeze. The bed was pretty comfortable and we had control over the AC which was nice after our previous hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

We loved our stay at Boutique Chiado hotels. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfy. It was small, but worked out well since we weren’t in the room a lot. The location is excellent for walking around town and proximity to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It should be noted that there are no amenities at this hotel. We felt the nightly rate reflected this and would stay there again.

This was a nice hotel in a great location. We did feel like the service could've been a little better however. They didn't have conditioner in the showers but they had everything else which was odd. It was also our honeymoon and the hotel didn't go above or beyond in any way to make it feel like it was, like some other hotels did. Again, small things like this is what made our experience good and not great. Other than that we had a great time in Lisbon and would recommend Boutique Chiado!

The PERFECT location for metro, funicular, restaurants, cafes, shops, EVERYTHING!! The room was large, clean and bright. Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Minor niggles - need hooks behind main door and a shelf in bathroom.

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Lisbon, near tourist sites and amongst great bars & restaurants, etc. As walkable as is possible in a city as hilly as Lisbon! The reception was helpful and friendly. Note the apartments are not always staffed - so if you expect 24/7 reception this may not be a fit. We found the room to be clean and quiet and everything we asked for was accommodated. Would recommend!

We loved staying at this hotel and can not say enough good things about it. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The elevators worked great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, the air conditioning was great, and it was very quiet. There are big windows with lots of natural light but shutters when you want it dark. We arrived later in the evening which was no problem as there is a code for the front door and another for the room. Often though there is someone at the front desk who was wonderful at giving us tourist tips for sightseeing and restaurants. He also arranged our early morning taxi to the airport which was perfect. The location was very good.

Loved my stay! The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped. The location is very central, close to shops, dining and public transportation. And even though it's in a busy area the apartment was well insultated from street noise. Comfy beds and excellent heating (it was chilly during my visit). I stayed for a 3 night weekend trip and it's a great location with restaurants, etc. I like the feel of a small hotel, I think they said it's only 15 rooms, which is great. A few minutes walk to the metro which I easily took from/to the airport. A quiet clean room with nice amenities, towel warmer, big screen smart tv, kettle with tea etc., and daily complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff were attentive, sociable, professional and friendly. Thank you Joao for being a great host.

The Boutique Chiado was a wonderful hotel located in a very central part of downtown Lisbon, close to countless restaurants, train stations, tourist attractions, and is only steps away from tram 28. The room was a small suite style with a small kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom, and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and remembered our names immediately after checking in and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. We had an issue with our air conditioner unit and it was fixed very shortly after informing the staff. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Lisbon.

The perfect place to stay in Lisbon. Everything easily reachable by walking. The room was very clean and spaceous, really comfortable beds. With windows closed you don't hear anything from outside, and the street is quiet anyway. Everything was perfect about the stay, friendly staff, nice communication beforehands. Would definitely chose this place again when back in Lisbon.

Excellent location - we walked everywhere! But it was very close to metro, main train stations, tram stops if you aren’t a hill climber. It was clean. Very friendly staff! Room was exactly like the pictures.

What a delightful hotel! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a VERY comfortable bed, wonderfully decorated and came with great amenities (fluffiest towels ever!) Chiado is a wonderful neighbourhood, in walking distance to Alfama, the River, tram 28, the castle, etc. with so many cafes and restaurants around. But best of all is the staff. I arrived early in the morning (8 am after a very long flight from Canada). Although my room wasn’t ready yet, the young woman at the desk allowed me to use the staff bathroom to freshen up a bit, and although check in isn’t officially until 3 pm, as soon as my room was ready, shortly after 11 am, they gave me my room keys and I’m not lying when I say that when I got into my room I briefly entertained the idea of just staying there and not going out! Thank you Chiado Boutique Hotel, I loved my day in Lisbon and hope to return with my husband in the future to stay in this lovely little hotel and explore more of this beautiful city!

We had an amazing time during our stay at Boutique Chiado Suites! From before checking in until the end, the reception staff was so kind, informative, and hospitable! We had a spacious and very clean apartment and housekeeping came daily to make sure our room was stocked with coffee and fresh towels. The location was excellent and easy to walk to many restaurants and neighborhoods within Lisbon! We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a very charming apartment suite!!

Perfect location if you want to shop, and eat good food. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Metro, train, close by, amazing friendly people that work at the boutique hotel that they want to see you happy give you great service. The rooms are little small but been in middle of everywhere worth it. If you are honeymooners and you want romance and quiet place then this place is not for you. But if you love to enjoy waking up and having fun shopping, eating, coffee shop and night bars and music and dancing then this boutique hotel is perfect. We loved it and will come back again for sure.

Had an absolutely incredible stay! The staff is so lovely and kind, really willing to help and accommodate your needs. Provided directions and assistance with tourist activities! They also held our luggage while we explored. The rooms are very clean and super modern. The building is itself is also in a prime location and really nice as well. Loved our stay! Will definitely be coming back !!!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of (old) Lisbon. I really enjoyed my stay and the whole service team was super nice and helpful in every way. The hotel itself offers no breakfast, but they sent me upfront a curated list of recommendations for good breakfast places nearby and what to see around Lisbon which was really helpful. I'm really looking forward to coming back to Boutique Chiado!
