Zentrale Lage und freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Leider liegen die Zimmer jedoch teilweise sehr an der Straße, wodurch erholsamer Schlaf unmöglich wird, da die Tram 28 gefühlt durch das Zimmer fährt. Und zwar wortwörtlich!

Honestly this has been the best place I’ve ever stayed at, nice spot… literally close by to everything, clean and comforting. The staff Sandra was the best hostess, got locked out late and she literally come to help me in and was very welcoming. She was very helpful by telling me nice places to go to and gave me her number to contact her, if I needed any help. I would honestly, definitely come back to stay here all thanks to Sandra. P.s. The girl at the desk was nice. There were 2 men speaking very loud to each on either side of the checkin desk. No air conditioning. Was given a downstairs room. Smelled like cat piss. There are bars on the window and a landscape with debris and bricks. Looks like a jail next door. The shared bathroom was extremely difficult to shut the door. The door at the beginning of the ground floor rooms was often open, so anyone who got into the front doors could easily access guest rooms. When I shut it, I found it open again several times. Overpriced for what you get.

Great stay in the hotel. Rooms more than fine, well situated, with only 10min walk to get in the center or to the river. We were very well attended by Sandra!

Clean and simple hotel in a great part of Lisbon. Very friendly hosts. All you need for a short stay. Good value.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer war groß, jedoch gibt es viele Mängel an den Wänden und Möbeln, das Bad hat nicht gut gerochen (kein Abzug) und generell ist alles eben etwas alt. Wenn man aber hierauf keinen großen Wert legt ist es optimal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Hinweis: Keine Klimaanlage!

I was disappointed in our room. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, especially at night. The key to our room was barely working. There are no power outlets next to the beds and the bathroom door was not closing. The location is pretty good, close to the bus/tram stations

The hostess is very kind and welcoming. The room is clean and the location is great. The city center is in walking distance, a train to reach beaches is 10 min. away. We enjoyed or stay there.

This was hands down a 5/5 experience. Residencial Valentina is a family-owned residence and Sandra, who will assist you, is the most lovely person I’ve ever met. She offered me and my girlfriend cookies, coffee, and great suggestions for where to visit in Lisbon. If you’re traveling to Lisbon, don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Comfortable room, quite close to the city center. We were able to check in early, as soon as we arrived, but there is an option to leave you luggage if you arrive early. Rooms are quiet and spacious

Lovely building, very nice host, good location, big bright clean rooms. Only bad thing was the lack of air con.

Staff was amazing. Loved the high ceilings. Relatively quick and easy walk to the downtown tourist core. 1.1km from subway. Mini Preco just down the road about 100m. We had a room facing the street...the tram runs right along the street so it can be noisy. I used ear plugs and had two good night's sleep.

The room was super small and the bathroom was always heavy with the stink of dampness and foulness. Also, the hotel doesn't have an elevator which means you have to carry your heavy luggage to climb up and down the staires.
