A room with a private bathroom at this price is nearly impossible - so quality in a cheaper price. We have contacted the property and Jose was fine with our early check in. Tania who gave us the key was very freindly and helpful. Within 1 min of walking distance you will find the famous 28E tram stop. The room was not so big but not crowdy. It has everything inside the room and same goes with the toilet what comes with shower. The bed is super comfy and you will feel that those are clean. Small kettle, couple of cups, glasses, coffee sachets, sugars everything were provided. There's a tiny balcony with 2 chairs as well. WiFi was great with a TV with English channels. You can enjoy passing trams from the balcony.

Pros: Very central, very cheap, spotlessly clean with room service everyday Con: The double room with own bathroom is located next to where the tram goes. It can get quite nosy but it's fine with earplugs. Double bed is only 1.40m and you can feel the springs in the mattress. Nevertheless, we've paid 40€/night for 2 people and it's super central which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars because you get what you pay for and the room service made it for me

Netter, zuvorkommender Service auch für Sonderwünsche. Wir hatten ein enges Dreibettzimmer mit kleinem Tischlein und zwei kleinen Hockern zum Sitzen. Ein Fenster nur zum Lüften, kein Ausblick; weil mehrfach verstellt. Nettes kleines Bad mit sehr schwer einzustellender Wassertemperatur. Es kommt sehr oft, in nahezu jeder Stellung, brühend heißes Wasser (zeitraubende Einreguliererei). Das angebotene und erwartete sehr gute Frühstück ist meilenweit davon entfernt. Es wird am Vortag bei der Zimmerpflege in einer Tüte im Zimmer hinterlegt (vermutlich Corona bedingt). Nur hin und wieder gibt es ein zweites Tütchen Instantkaffee. Tip: Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Cafes mit leckerem Frühstück nach Wahl. Für das heiße Lissabon würde ich raten nur B&B mit einem Kühlschrank zu wählen. Anfahrt vom Flughafen: am Automaten in der Metro eine persönliche CARRY-Karte Zapping besorgen, 10€ aufladen, vor Ort ist es schwierig (und die braucht man sowieso mit oder ohne Taxi!), Metro bis Chiado dort umsteigen, ca. 100 m zur Linie 28(E) zum „Placa Luis de Camoes“ laufen, Ziel ist dann die nächste Haltestelle nachdem die Linie eingleisig wird, dann noch ca. 50m weiter. Alternativ Taxi ca. 15€.
