This is a small hotel with 12 rooms. Each room has a unique atmosphere and furnishings. The location is fantastic: the number 12 tram stops in front of the house, while the number 28 also stops 200 meters away. You can request breakfast, and since it has its own restaurant, dinner can also be easily arranged. The rooms have their own kitchenettes with coffee machines, microwaves, hotplates, and refrigerators. A very cozy place from which everything is easily accessible.

Great location in Alfama. Lots of food choices, close to the coast. Great vibe. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. My husband lost his wallet on the terrace and the found it and brought it to him. Great for families as they have a room(s) large enough for 4. Great wifi.

It was great! Unfortunately we only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been better. The staff was really nice and helped us book a taxi to our next accomodation. I’d recommend Dalma for 100% if you are looking for a perfect vacation in Lisbon.

Great hotel in the Alfama. Rooms are modern and quiet, great for couples. The location is near many restaurants and sights in the old town area of Lisbon. Our room had a nice view down the street. Highly recommended!

Great stay at Dalma Old Town Suits last week. The location is really good in a central but yet quite spot. Public transportation just outside the hotel. The crew is really helpful and welcoming, big and clean rooms and great breakfast. Will definitely come back again :) Thanks!

Lovely place within walking distance of the city centre We stayed in the budget room and it was lovely. The only issue is the toilet area is small and frosted glass . There was also a tear in the bed sheet. All other aspects were really considred However we are planning to stay again, but will pay more for one of the other rooms. Apologies for a messy bed but that is just our bags

Beautiful apartment, really spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was super super friendly and helpful, with luggage or advice with sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely. Totally recommend staying here!

We stayed at this place for 10 days. The location was great, close to many attractions/sights. The staff was super nice and attentive. The building is very old and not in very good condition, this reflects in the rooms. There wasn't a separate bathroom in our room, they put a shower enclosed with a glass panel and a toilet enclosed in glass as well which was tiny and super uncomfortable to use. The glass sliding door to the shower made a horrendous noise when closed. The wash basin had hardly any counter space. One could hear every single noise made in the room upstairs as well as any movements from the room next to ours, it was terrible. The towels were super thin and worn-out, the toilet paper was also super cheap and thin. The bed was very uncomfortable. I doubt this can be classified as a four star hotel.

The staff, namely, Diogo was awesome! Went out of his way to help with parking and other general questions. The units are roomy and quiet, ours had a balcony as well. The beds are very comfortable. The units come with a kitchen area that has a decent fridge and cooktop. The elevator was fast and modern. Great stay!

I wish we were in town for more than one night! Dalma suites was a wonderful boutique hotel. Pros: Great service. Diego was there to check us in and very personable + informative. Great air conditioning and beds that felt like clouds led us to have an amazing nights sleep. Spacious rooms. Hot, good water pressure showers. Full size twin bed added/set up for our child. Coffee, wine and water in room at check in. Great location. We were able to store our luggage for hours after check out. Con: Bathroom was tight. Welcome to Lisbon, I honestly don’t know a hotel that would have a larger one. Still enjoyed. Would love to come back. Thank you to a lovely team for caring to create a great hotel experience.

Stylishly decorated studios with kitchenette and fridge right in the heart of the Alfama District. Plenty of mini marts around for all those essentials and lots of local restaurants. There is a tram stop outside as well. Easy downhill walk into the centre of town.

We stayed at Dalma Old Suites for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Everyone was very friendly from check in to check out. Nadia greeted us with a smile every morning and was always happy to help, she made us feel very welcome 🌟 The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was super big and one of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed watching the trams go by while drinking our morning coffee on the little terrace. The location of the hotel is great - there's a tram stop in front of it and you can walk to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Lisbon. Can't wait to visit again, thank you so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very pretty hotel. Nice and cozy. The buffet breakfast was very good. The employees are very nice. We had de Vasco de Gamma room and it was very nice ! The area (Alfama) is awesome (we loved it !!!) If you are coming from the airport or train station, be careful because not all the taxis nows the city well and the hotel is in a difficult place for cars.
