We went for a dinner here on our final night in Quarteira. The food was delicious and a really broad selection of Portuguese style tapas plates The wine list was enormous and the staff were great at helping you find the right option for you based on your taste. The staff were also incredibly friendly and we had a really nice time here as a result. Would definitely recommend. Between four of us with two bottles and lots of food the bill came to €200

Loved it here really nice staff and food was amazing. We had the octopus which was the most tender I’ve ever had, and might I say the cheese cake which was dessert of the day was incredible definitely worth a try.

Pretty good tapas food that doesn't cost a fortune. Not convinced it deserves the amazing write up it gets on Google but is still quite comfortably the best Portuguese meal we had in the area. Additionally, the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

I have been passing by this place for years and never bothered trying it until I heard someone playing the saxophone. I didn't eat so can't comment on the food, the weather was nice so we sat outside and had drinks which were very reasonably priced and listened to the saxophonist playing jazz and singing. Lovely atmosphere, recommended.

Social is one of the best restaurant’s that I have had the pleasure to experience. The food, staff & atmosphere is second to none and has to be on top of the best places to visit. Social isn’t like your typical restaurant, it more than that, once you taste its friendly, relaxing ambiance you’ll want to return as soon as a table is available. The best restaurant I have been to in Portugal so far. We had a lovely night. The service was impeccable and all of the staff had a wonderful sense of humour. The tapas was great. Very reasonably priced too.

Fabulous place! Not to be missed on a visit to Quarteria. From the welcome to the goodbye at the end of the evening; the staff couldn’t have been nicer and the selection and taste of the tapas food we ate was top class. One of the many highlights was the homemade warm chocolate dessert; a gentle combination of chocolate and nuts that was just right. Would highly recommend Social. Well done to the team.

Outstanding. A little bit out the way but you know when a restaurant is good when it’s busy even out of season. Great tapas and you have to try the flaming sausage! Big choice of local wines. Staff are even better. They all work well together and super friendly. Felt like I’d been to this place 10 times by the way I was made to feel relaxed. Worth the walk out of town.

Such a great spot! Felt very authentic and loved that the food and drinks are all Portuguese. Service was spot on and staff were very attentive and knowledgable. Gutted we found it on our last night in Vilamoura as there was so much we wanted to try on the menu but couldn’t eat it all!

Visited here last night and what a great experience, the hosts were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The food was excellent with a varied tapas menu followed by sumptuous desserts and an excellent variety of wine and local beer. If you want a great place to eat informally you will love it here, will definitely make a return 👍

Very nice food. It's not on any main road or route, but has a very spacious terras. Food (tapas) was nice with an enormous variety of wines. And last but not least the deserts are awesome! Take the "pajamas" you get all the dessert and will enjoy them for sure! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I love a restaurant where you can feast on incredible food, great wine with lovely service who make you feel like they’ve welcomed you into their home. This place is just that and is incredibly affordable, meaning there is no reason not to eat all the options you fancy. Thank you for a gorgeous night, for a solo eater xx

We came to this restaurant and were beyond happy to have managed to sneak in without a reservation, but please make one ahead of time you won’t want to miss out. We came with our 2 year old and they were super accommodating (brought a high chair and colouring books). The food was amazing, so flavourful and perfect portions for each of the different tapas. Our favourites were the gyozas and the tenderloin … but honestly all the plates were delicious. We will come back here again hopefully soon! The service was incredible, everyone was super friendly and helpful making us feel right at home. Thank you!!!!

The best place to enjoy great tapas and very good wines in the Quarteira/Vilamoura area. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The offer good advice with the wines. Be sure to reserve a table! Highly recommend this restaurant :)

This place is pretty special. There's a marked difference with the staff. Each knows the menu inside and out and can describe each item and also speak to food intolerance questions. The food is fantastic. We made our way through most of the menu and each dish was delicious, although not everybody in our family was keen on octopus and chicken gizzard. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food was great value. There is a great wine lost to choose from. Overall, I think it was possibly our favourite restaurant in 12 days in the Algarve. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, delicious wine and tasty tapas! We spend a lovely evening here! Try the apple cake with ice cream if you’re a desert fan and also if you’re not, it’s sooo good! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our time at Social. The service is so lovely and attentive, great choice of wines, the tapas were amazing with a very interesting combination of flavors both in the vegetarian and non-vegeterian dishes. Only the bread could have been fresher. Highly recommend checking them out, it's a hidden gem but so worth going to!

Booked in a couple of days in advance as fully booked the night we walked past. Very friendly, helpful staff, all the food was delicious. Very good wine recommendation. Even the very fussy teens were happy, especially with their chocolate brownies! The parents loved the 'drunken pyjama', 4 puddings with 4 matching wines, what more could you ask for?!
