Great service. I rented this through RYANAIR. It was about 7-9% more expensive than others on the overall price but had far better recent reviews. The pick up and drop off is in the airport car park which is convenient (except the fact is in a hut looking like a bus station and it took me a bit to work it out it could do with a BIG sign saying hire cars desks). There are several low cost hire car companies sharing the place so they could contribute towards a nice big sign. When I picked up the car the procedure was a bit expeditive but still professional and welcoming. I did find a few extra marks on the car which were corrected by the driver who brought the car for me. His name is Joao and he changed everything as requested with no argument. He was actually very polite and always smiling. On the return to the airport same young man Joao took the car from me. He was same polite and smiling despite of me getting confused and parking in the wrong parking lot (possibly incurred some extra parking cost). He assured me there was no problem. I know that some of the old reviews are not so great but I personally had a great experience and I am recommending them to anyone who wants a decent priced rental car with no haggle or quibble. Excellent service! The staff, especially João, was helpful and efficient. All the terms were clearly explained. The van we rented for our family of 8 was comfortable and met all our needs. The price was very reasonable as well. The other companies quoted us twice the price or more for a large van. Rental return and checkout was super quick. Highly recommend! Thank you!

A perfect car-hire experience! The hire centre was easy to locate, staff were on hand to check me us in without a wait and the car was in good condition and spotlessly clean. I definitely recommend this car rental company. I received the car as I booked, clean, efficient. The credit card was released after a week. Hassle-free return of the car thanks to the wonderful man that is Joao (thanks for the gift). Advice for those who rent a car - the place where you will receive the car is at the airport, a container at the P4 car park. If I'm still in Faro, I will definitely use it again.

Very friendly and businesslike attitude of Yes car staff. The car was given to us by an employee Igor. He was laconic, but explained everything very clearly and understandably. Served us in 5 minutes. The return of the car was even faster. While we were unloading our suitcases, the employee had already examined the car, and also handed over a souvenir as a keepsake.

This was my first car rental experience with this company. Initially, I was very confused by the location of the pick-up point in the P4 car park. There is no office at all, only a small house in which representatives of various local car rentals meet you. But it is thanks to such an informal atmosphere that the entire process of paperwork and obtaining a car is very quick and simple and allows the company to keep a competitive price. The car was new and clean, service pleasant without unnecessary formalities.

I would recommend booking a car with Yes Car Hire if you are looking to hire a car at Faro airport. I booked directly with them and got a very good price with no hidden fees. They were very easy to deal with when I picked up the car. I was on the road in 10 minutes. The car was fantastic. It was nearly new in great condition and with very low kilometers. On returning the car everything went as smoothly as at pick up. Car returned and on my way to check in within 10 minutes. And finally a special thanks to Joao who was very helpful when I returned the car and even gave me a little gift to remember my visit to Portugal. I booked a car last minute with Yes car and was really pleased with the car and service. We picked the car up from the P4 car park, it took us about 10 minutes to find a member of staff. No one was at the desk when we arrived, we waited 10 minutes and called the number and a member of staff came over. Paperwork took about 10 minutes and we were shown the car. I was advised to take photos of the car before leaving the car park but I was pleased with the overall condition of the car. Dropping the car back was super easy to do and took about 5 minutes to do. My son was over the moon with the little gift we got, such a lovely gesture as we were leaving. Thank you Yes car! I will definitely look to book with you again when we are next in the Algarve.

My car rental company was great. I really recommend Yes Car Hire, the car was in great condition and was perfect for the narrow streets of the Algarve coast. I especially want to shout out to Anna at the rental counter for being so accommodating and helpful when I picked up the rental car.

Unfortunately we couldn’t put 0 stars to them. The workers at the airport are hazy: we paid 20€ at the end of our holidays for tolls (while we took highways for a max amount of 3€). Weird. As my husband as a credit card and not debit card he cannot paid the huge bail of 1250€ for Volkswagen up, so I paid, so I am the driver. At the end of the holiday we pay taxes of 25€/days because I’m a young driver, workers do not notified us about that when I was designed as the driver. Anyway, it’s workers fraud the tourist and ensure you a bad end of holidays.

The booking process through carjet was easy though the additional driver I thought was included wasn't. Nevertheless at pick up the procedure was quick and easy, the car new and unmarked. The return was also easy but then the vehicle was returned as received, unmarked. Again I thought I had agreed full to full fuel but it was a case of return as got. I suggest you make sure as to what you have agreed to in the rental contract and have evidence to back that up. In the end I was entirely satisfied with the booking.

I was in the car with Fabio,we were a big group of 20 people with 3 different vans from 3 different companies. Unfortunately I was in the same van of Fabio and I can only confirm what he wrote. Thanks to Fabio, all calls with the company were in speakerphone and we all heard how crazy was the behavior of the company. We just had to wait for Fabio 2,30 hours because the company didn't guarantee any assistance to us.

It's a cheap option for car rental... service and car were good as expected. We avoided tolls so didn't prepay for them. No hassle when returning car. Deposit was returned in matter of days. Would recommend and use again. Also

Had no problems with this company. No waiting. Pleasant lady. Booked via Ryan Air. Was told I should have printed out my voucher but wasn't a problem. When I dropped the car off, I drove into the wrong car park but I was told they would sort it out for me. Quick drop off.
