walk to P4 right of P4 cottage is an little sign where they pick u up. see picture. short ride to location pretty fast pick up and drop off. low season can imagine that it gets bussy during peak season. great cars clean they are ok not friendly to much 😃. but all works and pricing is great.

We had booked 2 cars and there were no problems what so ever with pick up or drop off, so easy. Oscar was friendly and efficient. I had bought my own excess insurance, but they didn’t try to push their insurance. I would definitely book my car rental through this company again, nice easy and pleasant transaction. I enjoyed an excellent service here. The shuttle bus was waiting to collect us from Faro airport for short journey to the office. The man on the desk served me very quickly and explained everything clearly I was soon taken to the vehicle. The car was in excellent condition and was fairly new. The drop off process was quick and I was soon dropped off back tag the airport. Would highly recommend using this company instead of the multi National car hire companies

Great service, nice staff. We arrived at airport around 7pm. Tried to make a call to Auto Rent, just a few minutes later a bus already was waiting for us at P4 parking place. The whole renting process was completely efficient and satisfactory. We had a great time with their car. Definitely recommended.

This was one of the best rentals I have ever had. Good airport collection service to meet very polite and helpful agents at the pick-up, and drop-off location. I was asked about additional insurance but was not pushed when I said I was already covered. It was the best value on the market at the time and the car was immaculate.

The nicest, smoothest, most straightforward experience I've ever had with a rental car company. I'm usually wary of rental companies who seem to be trying their best to cheat you, but all the staff here were pleasant, clear and direct. We had a scary tyre puncture and they were kind and accommodating. We didn't know how to use the headlights or gear shift (we'd never driven a car like this before) and they were patient with their explanations. Highly recommend.

Fast and efficient, great prices and due to our cancelled flight, they allowed us to extend the rental for 1 more day at very short notice, without any fuss. Also didn't get the feeling they would try to find faults with the car on return.

I booked through Discovercars.com for a 5 day rental with Autorent and was really happy. About 10 minute wait from the airport for the free shuttle, picking up the car was very easy as I had checked in online, reasonable deposit put on my credit card and nice new car. Car ran fine and was in good condition, checked thoroughly with the employee pointing out the damage before I saw it, also recommended I take a video before I drive it. Returning the car was just as easy, a quick check in and outside the vehicle, and the deposit on my credit card was cancelled in front of my and back on my card within a couple of hours. Really good service, will definitely be using again

Autorent were genuinely one of the best rental companies I have ever used. Very easy to find their reps at Faro Airport, quick transfer, friendly service, no queues at all, super quick to reply to any queries. Car was the one I wanted. What more can you ask for?

Overall a very good service. We would rent from them again. Very professional staff. They explained to us all options and did not try to force anything. One thing that could be better organized is the visibility of the meeting point at the airport parking and information on the frequency of the bus shuttle service (though one can easily obtain this information over the phone).

Great value for the money. The staff was courteous, and the time was short from arrival to driving off the lot. The only negative was that the employees needed to be more knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles they were renting. We were advised that our car did not have Carplay, which we later found was not the case(something you may want to know from the start if you intend to use your link to the infotainment system and use your phone for navigation).

Excellent Service! We missed damage when picking up the car, after returning the car we paid for the damage we have not caused. After reaching out to the company and sending pictures, we got a refund from them. I do not think you would get this kind of service from one of the bigger rental companies. The car itself was of course also good. Will use this rental again when I come back to the Algarve.

Nice personnel, very efficient. Quite arranging, I messed with my reservation and they find me a car on the spot for the same price. Second time I go there, nothing to complain about. Of course, for these slightly cheeper rental options make sure you have credit card, insurance maybe... Also, like other rental toll pass is not included (about 15-20 euros).

Shuttle was easy to find and waiting for us at the airport parking lot. A very short drive. Friendly and professional service. Dropping off the vehicle was quick and easy. Shuttle was there to take us back to the airport. Price was great. Service was great. I would highly recommend.

Easy handling, there was a airport transfer punctual at the booked time and brought us in ca. 10min. to the pick up location. Pick up was easy, all as requested online. They've recommend us the taxes system for highways, it's useful for ease of mind. Check out was also easy and fair.

Best overall service and value for the money. If you already filled in all paperwork and number online they are very quick to hand over the car keys. Car return was very very fair. Additionally quick shuttle to the airport. Any time again.

Great pick up, no problems what so ever, easy to find the free shuttle in the airport carpark. The transporter we hired was very nice and very comfortable, a great drive. I had already purchased separate excess cover elsewhere but wasn't pushed to purchase theirs, unlike a lot of other companies. Return was also easy and very quick. Would definitely use again and recommend

We rented an automatic car from them, got a Seat Arona. Car was clean and without damage, no problems during pickup or return. Spain was €40 extra for the 4 day rental period.
