I was visiting the city for work and found this place on google maps. I’ve been to many gyms all over the world and I must say this is one of my favourites. It has everything you need but it’s more in the atmosphere and the people that make this place special. It’s a proper gym! Makes you want to train hard and the owner Rui is exceptional. His enthusiasm and knowledge of all aspects of weight training is profound and he is more than willing to share it with you. If your local or just visiting go here. I wish Rui and his gym was in my home town.
