Gorgeous setting, friendly service and great sushi a few steps from the Estoril shores. The interior design is absolutely spectacular and a feast for the eyes in its originality and colorfulness.

Hidden lil gem of Estoril. Presentation of the food as well as the quality of fish is fantastic. Only sorry we couldn’t fit another meal from here into our trip. Not a lot of mayonnaise nor rice in the the meal which allowed for the fish to stand out. It’s definitely worth looking for this restaurant in the courtyard of an apartment/commercial building.

Easily one of the best restaurants I've been to. SUPER friendly staff, amazing food and cool decor. The chefs surprised us with a free dish and the owner (I think) came over and poured us some Sake at no charge!

Sushi was excellent quality and creative style. Atmosphere was eccentric and fun. Service was pleasant. TIP: Two location with in 4kl in the event one is booked with reservations.

We didn’t really expect to have sushi here for our few days of stay but we are glad that we did. First of all, I love the eclectic and warm decor of this place. Then the food was very creatively displayed and tasted delicious. The soups, hot rolls and sashimi all tasted fresh and yummy. Friendly and helpful staff to boot.

This is our second time here. We had been to a few sushi restaurants, this by far the best one. We had the lunch special, is so worth it. It include , drinks(wine/beer or water) plus desserts, loved their ginger and wasabi. Also the best part is the price, so reasonable. Highly recommended

Cool little sushi place in Estoril near the casino. Service was great and the food was very good. We especially loved their panko shrimp and they make a really nice unagi nigiri. I'd skip the house sake (it wasn't great) and get a small bottle of junmai sake instead. The junmai was super tasty and nice and dry. Definitely worth revisiting sometime soon! Note that they're usually booked for dinner on the weekends 1-2 weeks in advance so book early or go on a weeknight. Also, I'd call to make a reservation instead of reserving online. I reserved with The Fork and they didn't have us listed. However the owner was very nice and sat us anyway. Great service!

On our stay in Estoril we went to Sushi Toro twice. We are in Lisbon now and are discussing taking a trip back out to have sushi one more time. The restaurant is a delight set up on two levels. Each table has a different feel as the decor is lush and varied. The service was friendly and efficient led by the owner, Alexander (spelling?) and his daughter. All this would be nothing without good food and the sushi was outstanding. This is coming from a couple that eats sushi weekly regardless of where we are. As an added bonus the value was terrific.

By far the best sushi we've ever had. Service was amazing. Outside patio is such a great atmosphere. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Can not wait to come back here again!

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant. So the man who wears glasses put the candles in a dessert as a surprise for me. Moreover, I got a gift - beautiful wooden chopsticks! That was a pleasing experience and I would absolutely love to visit it one day again. Food is delicious, we were provided with a small tasty compliment as well. The services are great. Can't recommend this place enough! The 20-piece vegan sushi boat was phenomenal, and the patio decor was such a great vibe 👌 the service really went above and beyond - super friendly staff open to making recommendations, customizing, and making sure you're getting the most out of your visit. We've been to the other Sushi Toro in the Riviera centre countless times she always loved it so, being as we were going to be in the area, we decided to try the Estoril one. As with the Carcavelos branch, the decor, service and food were all excellent. I genuinely don't think there is a better option for sushi in the Lisbon area, especially when you consider the reality reasonable prices. Will doubtless be back.

Great service, delicious food and very relaxing sitting outside - though it is sort of on the inside of an atrium of a building. Not a huge place. Really good sushi and classy vibe. They also have some other dishes such as chicken or salmon with rice.

Wasn’t sure about getting sushi in Portugal but so glad I did! It was so delicious and there were many innovative rolls. Wish I could come back here everyday! The servers were super friendly as well and the Chef gave us a special treat 🥰

Perfect birthday dinner! We wanted sushi and this went beyond any expectation we had. The interior is very cool and food/service was great. Menu is in Portuguese only, so having someone in your party who speaks Portuguese is a huge help

Ridiculous prices for the the quality of the food. We got a combo, mid listed and it was basicaly just salmon and cream cheese. Flat flavors and not the freshest. Inexistent wine menu. Payment with cards doesn't work either... not a good experience

Lovely staff and great quality of sushi and selection. We got a set menu for two and the sangria was amazing, recommended!

So far the best dinner place in Estoril for us. The sushi was delicious and would think going there again during a short visit in the town which is highly positive thing and a recommendation to others ☺️

I found sushi heaven at Sushi Toro Estoril. The staff, owner and chef could not been more welcoming to me. Very comfortable outdoor, shady seating with great ambiance. Wish I had more time in Cascais to return for another delightful meal
