    Consistency is key. Worten must be among the most consistent companies in the world. You can bet that every single order will have an issue. Among a wide variety of options from the past 6 months: items out of stock, online prices not being honored at the store, shipped orders missing stuff, broken demo items, clueless staff, credit card system down, etc. Every single time you'll have a guaranteed terrible customer experience. When/if Amazon works well in Portugal, Worten will go bankrupt in a year or less. And they deserve it.

    Terrible experience as usual. Bought there a bunch of stuff and asked for a VAT refund. The saga started. They do not accept issuing a VAT refund without presenting your passport (I have a digital copy in my phone but it’s not deemed enough). As if one has to wander around with their passport. Anyway I went back home, got the passport and got my VAT refund. Part 2: I bought a TV on the 30th of September on the same day of the saga and was promised the delivery on the 6th of October! Imagine! However with Covid one must be lenient. Come the 6th of October I had asked of them to deliver in the morning period. I called them at 11 on their hotline and they said that they had tried to contact me but they weren’t able since I only have an international phone number (as if it was their first time experiencing with an international number). Anyway they told me that I had to call the actual store. I went on the net and searched for their number and tried calling multiple times in vain. I had to come all the way from Mafra 50km away to see what had happened to my delivery!!!! The manager of the store “Marco Oliveira” is beyond unpleasant and never did he once apologized as if everything that has happened didn’t occur under his watch. This is not my first bad experience at this store. I hope they start hiring more experienced managers because their lack of professionalism is hurting customer’s experience. Summary: I had to go home twice (200km) to resolve pending issues with this purchase. Great Job Worten Amoreiras!

    STAY AWAY FROM THE REPAIR SERVICE STATION! I waited two months for them to repair the screen of my Huawei p30 phone. During the whole time there was no communication or updates from their side. When I finally got the phone back I had to find out that the my camera had stopped working after the repair. After going back and forth several time and spending hours in the waiting line, they were unable to figure out the problem and completely lacked any understanding or willingness to take responsibility for their own mistake. Until now I have a phone with the camera not working and I am not sure how to go on in this situation. There is no communication between the staff which changes almost every day and worten is not ready to give any reimbursements or replacements in these kind of situation. The only thing that is consistent between their staff is the mindset of postponing problems in the hope the problem will fix itself, not sticking to deadlines and being unreliable. One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced in my life

    Worst worst worst experience. I paid in the warten store for a Dyson vacuum and asked for a deliveryAfter 10 days , 10 calls and hundreds of emails, they finally told me. They lost it and I have to go back to the store to resolve the problem as I didn’t buy online. Ok. I went back, the custom Service said they don’t know the situation abt their system is not working— same answers with all the calls I made to Warten hotline. It seems their system never worked. I m sooo furious. Then they said they have to call CTT ask wether they delivered. I said that’s your problem you deal with your logistics chain but shouldn’t let the custom suffer. Then guess what, the guy came back said it has been delivered. Omg , nightmare. Now I lost 700 Euros and got nothing. In portugual, how do you report this type of crime. Shall I call police ?

    Absolutely terrible service. Had to wait 20 minutes at an "expert spot" until some "expert" came to talk to me; technical setup that was promised within 3 days suddenly become 2 weeks (I did get a refund for that) and in the end, when my TV was delivered, the delivery people just grabbed it by the screen, so I've had to spend literal hours trying to get their greasy fingerprints off it (Glossy screen, so hard to clean. Still not spotless, constantly noticing new marks). Never again.
