My father had two back surgeries in 2020 at this hospital. The first went well, in the second surgery he almost lost his life due to medical negligence. He had a pulmonary embolism and a thrombus in his leg due to the lack of anticoagulant preparation. Private hospital worse than a public hospital!! Dr. P.M. On top of that, the neurosurgeon performed both surgeries receiving money on the outside, in an envelope, the invoices only show the costs of surgical materials... either that was the case or he didn't do them, it would have been better not to have done them and the patient not would have health problems for the rest of his life

I give two stars because the facilities are nice and the people at reception helped… But maybe you should train staff (doctors) to keep their Islamophobic opinions to themselves. Also the diagnostic was wrong (as proved by another doctor in a public hospital).

Excellent service. A procedure was unavailable and Dr Mascarenhas went to the trouble of calling and booking and appointment for me at another hospital. I received all the help and guidance I needed, staff was helpful and fast.
