The worst gym I’ve been in my life. Pls do not go there if u don’t understand portuguese, they will definitely cheat u. I only went there for one moth, but they kept charging me for 5 moth more . At first, they let me write down my Iban, and told me it is just for information. But actually it was for authorization of direct debit. And they didn’t give me the copy of it in case I would ask my portuguese friend what was it.And they’ve never sent me any receipt when they charged me. I only found it after six moths by the information of bank. I asked the recepcionist there and he told me some people only found it after 1 year or 2 year. Okay, I understand it now , it is the way they earn money. they told me it was all my fault now cuz I did sign my name there. Even is was with their trapped explanation of it. Rather than the pecuniary loss, I felt it much worse to be cheated. This CrossFit is located in an old swimming pool, a circumstance which is really nice. We attended a Hero WOD class on a Saturday and were stunned by how little of coaching happened. Only with our 2,5 half years of experience were we able to understand the exercises. After the short warm-up, everyone stood around for 10 minutes without any tasks given before the WOD finally started. The areas were not clearly marked, so we had guys doing there open-gym stuff where we were supposed to be running lanes. The kids for the CrossFit kids class were arriving early and ran around in our area where we dropped barbells and swung for toes-to-bars - which made it very dangerous for everyone. The coach was not paying attention to any of this but carried around one of the kids and checked out some new shoes of another attendee. Big question marks behind safety and coaching. Please keep in mind that this was a one-time snapshot and the owner and headcoach noted an exceptional experience due to the Hero WOD and a messy coaching.

Wonderful staff and very good gym My go-to gym when in Lisbon. I tend to avoid the busiest times but seem to never have trouble at supposed peak times such as lunch. Rarely need to wait for equipment - fellow gym-goers friendly and easy to talk to. The equipment is modern and comprehensive. I have all I need for a strong workout. Prices are reasonable. The staff are wonderful and always eager to help and cater to your needs - Samuel in the front desk in particular. He is a star! Could not recommend more, very happy to have this close to where I usually stay.

I trained there for 2 months during my stay in Lisbon. Fantastic coaches, who pay attention when you exercise and correct you as needed or suggest alternative exercise sets- a very important thing for a beginner. Great atmosphere. Also - every single coach took their time to explain the exercises in English just to me (I do not speak Portuguese). This place got me hooked on CrossFit.
