Nice flat. Totally new!

Apartment nr 3 have to be refurbished. Dirty all around. Poor customer service.

My friend and I have had a good stay in a large and clean apartment with a very good welcome. The problem is I broke my finger in this apartment and Wallis appartement declined all responsibility... they no longer answer the e - mails and refuse to hand me their head over on the phone. So, not very friendly and understanding people.

Place was not cleaned well when arrived. Shower was the filthiest. We stayed almost 3 months and they never fixed the shower and we repeatedly had to wash and dry towels used to dry the floor. There were blankets and you can tell never been washed. List goes on, the place looks nothing like the photos.

Fantastic location. Clean apartments. Good price.

The apartment is comfortable and warm, with plenty of daylight with windows in every room, easy to access with the keys in a small box next to the door with the code provided by the owner

Big apartments, fully equipped, clean, modern and the most important thing - perfect located next to Timing Market, city center, metro station, rail and bus stat etc.

Large apartments, great location, but the furnishings and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. 3 out of 4 chairs are broken and cannot be used. The wardrobe is partly very dusty. There is still hair in the bathroom.

A fantastic apartment, fully equipped and renovated, with a very careful design. It had everything we could need and the location was very good, well connected, flexible with entry times and easy to pick up and deliver keys. It is an area with a lot of movement on the weekend but it is quite well soundproofed from noise. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious and 10 minutes from the center. My partner and I booked a duplex and when we arrived they gave us a ground floor (much smaller than the one we rented) the apartment smelled very damp and when we sent them emails telling them that they had opened our ground floor they didn't answer. We will definitely return to Lisbon but there is no that apartment, not recommended at all.
