We took advantage of airport transfer offered and we were dropped off just in front of the apartment. Instructions for checking in were clear and we were inside of the apartment in no time. The location is fantastic, coffee shops. Restaurants. Public transport…everything. Taxis are very cheap. The apartment itself, beautiful, clean, bright, equipped as a home away from home. We really recommend and we definitely come again.

Great location! Very central. Room spacious for 2 adults, good facilities, nice views, everything very clean, perfect little kitchen with all amenities, bathroom big size, cleaning service every day and Natalie was Great help at all times!

The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because of the difficulties we had with the lock to access our apartment. Marcia was wonderful and greeted us at the street and assisted us with public parking for our 8 passenger van. This apartments location was excellent. The apartment was, large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Beautiful view from the terrace and we felt very safe with 3 young children. The 8 of us had a great stay and really enjoyed the convenient bakery around the corner!

Located in the heart of Lisbon, right where you want to be! Just beware that there are a lot of people in that part of the city who want to stay up late and make lots of noise in the streets. So if you want to sleep this might not be the right place for you. The apartment has a lot of space which was nice for our group of 4 adults and a child. Lots of things felt in need of repair. The shower head won't stay in place without spraying water all over the bathroom. The kitchen is old and barely has what you need to get by. A few pots but no pans. I had to message and ask for a kitchen towel. Parking was a challenge and very expensive.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment on Rua Garrett, Lisbon. The location was really good, all amenities within walking distance. The apartment was more than adequate for two people, extremely clean and well equipped. The checkin details were spot on, it was self check in and worked well. plenty of telephone numbers supplied should there be any problem and in our case there wasn't. Would certainly recommend this apartment and the company that provided it, Charming Chiado apartments.

This review is particularly for the unit we stayed - Rua Garrett 4A, a 2 bedroom apartment in Chiado. This would be 2 stars but I bumped it to 3 stars because this company is very responsive. Other positives are the location and the price are excellent. Don't pay more than 200 Euros (generous) a night though honestly. The bedrooms are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms are nearly not useable. One of the showers barely fits a 120 pound person, definitely not an adult. Also, the shower head was a mess. 5 of us had to use the main bathroom most of the time and it clogged Day 2. Until they came and fixed it, we had no shower. I would recommend you consider this closely before booking. Also, the washer/dryer was broken when we arrived without prior notice. They tried to fix it but when we used it, it ruined some of our clothes. Until they get a new machine, I highly recommend not even using it. I personally managed ok but my group had a very uncomfortable stay. Being right in the heart of Chiado was awesome, but overall not worth the unpleasant stay for our group.

The place is very well located at the heart of downtown Lisbon. Very convenient for many things. Despite lively activities around, the apartment becomes quite quiet when the windows are closed. It is quite remarkable that Paulo’s team has been always very responsive and helpful. Excellent host. Thanks! All the best!

I arrived at Rue Garrett , on a confirmed booking with Bookings. Com and deposit , only to be informed the other party had taken more advantageous bookings. Panic ensued before Sylvia , at Chiado Apartments , came to my rescue. Despite Saturday 11 July being her day off she came from Caiscais to open the apartment. Sylvia was courteous and professional in a very relaxed manner. The apartment facilities were excellent and the area Baixa/ Chiado perfect for our 4 day stay. Transport , shops , eateries etc on our doorstep.

The location is absolutely amazing if you want to stay in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and nice. All the stuff members were so helpful. Especially, thank you Luis!

Good location to metro, trains, trolleys. Parking close by but crowded. The furniture needs updating! Service was good, the few problems were handled well.

This is the second time we have rented an apartment in Lisbon through Chiado Apartments. I must say they are very hands on. The customer service is exceptional. All of our concerns and inquiries were answered immediately. It was a seamless experience. They arranged for a transfer to the airport, as we had an early flight, and the taxi was at the apartment door exactly when we requested it. This was very important to us as the maze of apartments in Lisbon can be challenging to find. They would definitely be my go to agency.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chiado Apartments. The self-checkin instructions were very clear -- super convenient since I arrived very late after business hours. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the location was incredible -- just around the corner from the Santa Justa Lift. And though I never met the staff in person, they were immensely helpful over email and when I asked about luggage storage on my last day, they kindly volunteered that I could have a late checkout.

The location... Wow! Couldn't have picked a better place, right in the centre of Lisbon. The apartment is nice, it has everything you need. Beds are comfy, showers are nice and warm, view from the livingroom is spot on. Couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed in a great sized apartment in an awesome location. Clean and comfortable although a bit on the tired side now (the shower cubicle had a leak although there is a shower over the bath). Only having the one bathroom for 4 people was also a bit inconvenient. Service provided by staff we dealt with was great.

Wow! What an outstanding apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. All the rooms were much larger than we anticipated and sparkling clean. With AC, we kept the bedroom windows closed at night and did not hear any street noise. The location is ideal - wonderful bakeries across the street and around the corner. Excellent restaurants and a grocery also close by. The pedestrian only shopping street is a short walk from the apartment. In fact, we never felt the need to use the metro since we were centrally located and could walk easily to anywhere we wanted to go. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location! This apartment was a great home base for our first trip to Lisbon. It was clean, bright and roomy for 2 adults. We loved having the windows opened in the evening but when closed will keep out the city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a one bed appartment. The check in was very easy. The appartment was very clean, spacious and quiet. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay there again if I was back in Lisbon.
