Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. War ein netter Besuch. Eigentlich nur mal schauen, was es gibt und ein wenig Smalltalk machen. Durch Zufall gab es dann noch ein seltenes Rolex Modell, welches angeblich ein Kunde bestellt, dann aber nicht haben wollte. Mir im Grunde egal, ich freue mich über die neue Uhr am Arm und die nette Zeit im Store! Alle Daumen hoch.

Not convinced in terms of service and how items are presented to me as a customer by sales staff who are not knowing much. For such a store, I clearly have different expectations.

Staff was good/friendly, no pressure given for purchasing. They throughly explained the VAT tax thing for us here after we did purchase.

The sales staff could be more knowledgeable. The items sold are high priced, and a couple of the sales staff knew nothing about the items. Collection of items were decent.

When an ex fishwoman turns into a watch seller and is not able to have a premium behaviour. What a pity for her "accurate eye", I was coming to buy a gold rolex.. 1 lost sale.. selling luxury goods is an attitude..

Excellent service and environment, typical ambience of a large high end retailer. The main draw is, of course, Rolex (update: they moved Rolex to a separate boutique down the street) but they have a wide selection of brands from Lange, UN, Chopard and GP. Jewellery selection is also good with Messika, Chopard, and Chaumet being the standouts.

Torres Joalheiros really understand customer service 5 stars service ! My sale Associate : Rui Silva recently help me to pick a gift for my wife . Not only that he took the time to do some good research with me . But he also offer me to bring me the gift ! ( I live 2hr from the store ) since I was having a very busy schedule ! Lucky for him I manage my time to come to the store :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a very limited selection of Rolex but that was expected. Shop is nice and big and you have a variety of brands with some very cool models worth the price of your car (and more!). On the hunt for a specific model that they didn't have - they took my name and promised to call if they are to receive it.

The service is excellent! I can’t say more the whole team (I mean all shops in Lisbon! Yes!) was helping us to find a ring of my dream on Christmas Eve 1 hour before all shops closed. It’s amazing! Thanks a million!!!

I had an excellent experience at Torres. They helped me pick out the perfect Rolex for me. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, Sergio went above and beyond. When I had an issue with the VAT tax-free system at the airport on my way back to the states, Sergio called the tax-free desk himself and made sure my tax refund went through. I am truly impressed with Torres and I would highly recommend them (and Sergio)!

I brought two jaeger lecoultre with a Chinese saler Yin at your shop in 2018 and get promises by him to sale me one Rolex Batman watch. Shamefully he broke his promise, told me that he can do nothing. Dishonest.

I have a Fortis Watch that had the spring broken down after some weeks. Surprisingly, I was told that this malfunction was not covered by the whole life guarantee.

Been there on my last vacation to Lissabon, it is a beautiful boutique. The salesman Sergio was more than kind an we had a nice watchtalk. I don’t mind I did not find what I was looking for, I definitely will visit the place the next time I’m in Lissabon because the experience I had there was unique.
