Went
here
for
a
consultation
I
booked
at
5pm.
Unfortunately,
due
to
my
job
I
couldn't
be
there
at
5pm
I
reached
around
5.15
to
5.20
pm.
Upon
reaching
the
medical
center
and
speaking
to
the
receptionist
we
were
asked
to
wait.
There
were
other
people
who
came
in
and
the
receptionist
kept
sending
them.
I
do
understand
that
everyone
has
booked
an
appointment
and
also
they
pay
the
same
amount
of
money
as
I
do.
We
waited
nearly
an
hour
and
left
the
center
when
we
were
leaving
my
husband
approached
the
Receptionist
and
said
that
he
wishes
to
cancel
the
appointment
only
then
the
lady
was
like
I'm
sorry
sir
it
because
you
were
late...
Well,
it
would
cost
nothing
for
her
to
empathise
with
us
to
come
to
us
and
tell
that
we
have
to
wait
a
little
longer
as
they
had
to
work
out
other
appointments.
We
do
understand
and
respect
other
people's
appointments
but
never
been
treated
this
way
at
any
clinic
in
Lisbon.
We
have
been
to
different
clinics
where
we
were
once
delayed
a
few
minutes
but
the
staff
made
sure
to
send
us
in
after
one
of
the
appointments
which
was
booked
after
us.
Its
truly
dissapointing
as
it
seemed
to
us
like
they
were
treating
us
differently
mostly
people
who
are
visiting
here
are
French
so
I
guess
they
give
priority
to
them
over
others!!!!!
And
now
the
admins
will
come
here
replying
saying
that
it
was
our
fault
and
that's
how
they
work
but
is
that's
what
they
have
to
say
I'd
say
that
you
are
truly
dissapointing
this
is
not
how
the
medical
industry
works.
You
never
know
why
someone
can
be
late
for
an
appointment
so
don't
treat
people
differently
just
because
they
were
late.
I've
been
down
with
fever
for
3
days
which
is
why
I
had
to
approach
your
medical
center
and
now
im
left
waiting
for
another
hospital.
It
was
a
waste
of
my
time
and
also
physically
tiring
while
being
sick.
