Me and my wife went to this place and the receptionist s were friendly and squeezed us in for an appointment. The doctor , Dr. Miguel was so helpful. He was well versed with international travel stuff. Thank you for putting us at ease. Great place!

I visited this clinic on nov. 8th, 2021. I had hopes this clinic was going to help with the serious UTI I had but was sadly met with the rude front desk woman I've read from the reviews. Not sure if it is the same woman but I did not feel welcomed. A woman with redish curly hair was the one who talked to me. I walked in without at an appointment, which I admit i knew was a stretch, because there was a review that another had done so successfully but was hopeful I could schedule in person for an available day. Her attitude was not friendly, tone was sharp and irritated. Maybe she was having a bad day but no reason to take it out on me. From past experience getting a UTI in PT, it took 5 days to get results unlike in the US where it takes 20 mins...I asked how long would the results take until I could get an antibiotic once I get to my appointment, and the woman rolls her eyes, told me how long it takes, I thanked her despite the attitude, then she added under her breath "and THAT'S why you make an appointment." Now, I still don't understand why she had to make that comment or make me feel terrible overall. It's too bad that she had to be my first encounter of this establishment, sadly I won't return to this clinic. Also, if there are other reviews mentioning rude front desk staff from TWO YEARS ago and I'm still met with a rude front desk worker....you should look into either training them better or hiring better skilled employees.

I had to write a review about this clinic, because everyone was phenomenal! I had a bad allergy from black mold that turned into a nasty dry cough. Couldn’t sleep at night at all! I called the clinic, they told me to just walk in and I will be seen by a doctor. I went there, filled up a form and in less than 10 min I was seen by a doctor who prescribed antibiotics and cough suppressant. Walked out and paid probably around $90. And after three days, my cough is almost gone and I can finally sleep at night. I am from California and the US healthcare system is a huge monopoly, extremely inaccessible, and expensive (and I have a really good insurance from anthem blue). This experience made me realize how inhuman it is to live in a country w/o an accessible healthcare. I am super grateful and I would recommend this clinic if you are in Lisboa.

Got an appointment very quickly, but am disappointed with the procedures in general. Received no document about a medical diagnosis. When I asked for physical therapy, the doctor reacted quite unfriendly, and scribbled down something in Portuguese, which I could only translate later to:”after her own opinion, patient would benefit from physical therapy”. His suggestion was to just take ibuprofen for one week, which I have done by now and not gotten rid of my blocked joint in the back. What a surprise. Would not recommend 👎🏻

First contact was with the receptionist who spoke in English which was helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. She was so friendly and helpful and offered me a same day appointment. She did advise that there would be a bit of a wait but I was more than happy to wait. The doctor was reassuring, friendly and helpful and also spoke English. I would highly recommend.

I had a severe allergic reaction on my face to a spray-on sunscreen product that progressively got worse over time. I went to two pharmacies who gave me allergy tablets and calming lotions but nothing seemed to be working. It was having a significant impact on my ability to enjoy my holiday since I just wanted to hide from public places. I decided to call up Clínica Médica Internacional de Lisboa for an appointment. The receptionist spoke perfect English and managed to get me a same-day appointment with Dr. Louis Teuliéres which was fantastic. During my consultation I explained to Dr. Teuliéres what I was experiencing and what I thought the cause was. He immediately prescribed me 3-day treatment of steroid cream and steroid pills. After the 3-days, my face has gone back to normal besides some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is a result of the allergic reaction and not the medicine. Quick and efficient service with extensive medical knowledge, I would highly recommend this clinic to those who need any medical consultation. The cost of the consultation at the time was 95 EUR which was fully worth the cost as I was on holiday at the time.

I needed a follow up rabies vaccine after been bitten earlier whilst travelling in Morocco. I went to this clinic and I found it excellent. The vaccine was administered efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I've heard of horror story experiences in public hospitals and in other clinics so I would highly recommend this place.

I went to the clinic to get a medical declaration for study application. Doctor Miguel Ribeiro was very kind, and the lady at the reception as well. They were very patient with me and explained to me how and where to go to carry out the several exams and vaccines that were needed. Doctor Ribeiro was very understanding of my situation, having to flee the war in Ukraine. He promptly replied to all my questions by email and by phone and really helped me to get all my documents done. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone. Came in today with my body filled with rash. I was not sure what it was and doctor quickly figured out it was allergic reaction and gave me proper medication. Coming from California I was worried about the cost but it was very reasonable price for quick service and they all spoke English.

Good treatment by Dr. Teresa Cabedo but terrible service from the reception desk. Miscommunication, misinterpretation and just focused on “selling” more appointments. Definitely my last visit.

A Very HIGH priced medical center in Lisbon built to rip tourists off...I couldn't find a local Dr much to this city's fake hype creation. The Dr here was pretty knowledgeable BUT just gave me Antibiotics to feed my Gut and inspite of asking for a cough Chest Expectorant I WASN'T given one and DAY 10 I'm still coughing and trying to get off the counter solutions??? after paying a WHOPPER $$106.00 ?????? NOT WORTH 🙏

I was up all night with pain in my abdomen. I called to CMIL first thing in the morning with no appointment and they were able to see me . Perfect English , very friendly, told me what the thought the issue was and they were even able to book an appointment for me for a scan in a nearby hospital . Very happy and was able to continue my holiday

I was in Lisbon in early September and had an accident on scooter and decided to go to a hospital because i got a wound on my ankle that seemed very bad. I went straight up this clinic, without an appointment, and both the receptionist (lovely lady) and the doctor helped to treat my wound on the spot and even a couple days later i was recommended to come by so they could have a look at the healing wound. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone and especially for foreigners who can’t find an english speaking hospital or a medical facility in Lisbon, like it was with me. Thanks again!!

Arrived walk-in at opening at 9am, with my 82yo mother, to be warmly greeted by the receptionist. The doctor wouldn't be there until 10, so we sat down to wait. Ended up being seen at 9:45 by Dr. Ribeira, who spoke perfect English, and was able to answer our questions and get my mother fixed up. We had blood work done there, and were out by 11am. There is a pharmacy right around the corner. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially for those traveling through.

Dr. Tomas Teodoro was very unprofessional. Forgets to write his prescriptions, never bothers to respond to emails. Will definitely not make the same mistake of relying on him for my mental health in the future.

My Wife and I have been looking for a good family doctor practice, and were lucky to find CMIL. English speaking and highly competent Lozie the receptionist, was able to confirm an appointment quickly, and hand-held the process for some blood tests & medical reports that we needed done. Doc Ribeira and his nurse are professional, personal and kind. Location and easy onsite parking is a plus too!

I arrived to this clinic because it was close to my hostel and I saw a very good review in Google Maps. I had an injury in my knee (with an infection) and even though I had been to another hospital previously and my wound was attended, it was still hurting and I wasn't sure if I needed further attention. I was nicely received by a recepcionist who spoke a perfect English and advised me in an extremely kind and careful way. She advised me to come the next day to change the bandage just before taking my flight out from Portugal. I did so and she and a nurse changed the bandage and applied disinfectant, very professional. Excellent care of the patient, even though I was soon leaving Portugal.

The staff was friendly and spoke good english, the lab and office was clean, and the doctor was knowledgable.
