I
went
to
your
emergency
on
12/22/2020
with
a
very
strong
pain
in
my
right
hip
and
vomiting.
After
my
family
members
registered
and
a
yellow
ribbon
was
placed
on
me,
which
was
actually
the
color
given
to
all
the
people
in
the
emergency
room,
I
had
to
wait
for
my
turn
for
screening
like
any
other
patient.
As
I
continued
to
suffer,
my
family
members
had
to
ask
that
they
please
see
me
as
soon
as
possible,
having
been
informed
that
they
only
consulted
me
with
a
mask
on,
which
is
not
easy
when
one
is
vomiting…
I
was
medicated
for
pain
and
referred
to
do
an
abdominal
echo,
which
was
also
not
performed
because
it
was
time
for
the
covids
to
perform
the
exams.
I
go
back
to
the
waiting
room
and
later
the
pain
comes
back,
and
I
am
medicated
again.
After
the
echo
and
analysis
(which
took
4
hours),
I
waited,
waited,
waited,
and
we
were
told
that
the
system
had
gone
down
and
had
to
wait.
The
analyzes
were
not
conclusive
and
the
echo
indicated
a
calculation
in
the
gallbladder,
but
that
was
not
the
reason
for
these
symptoms.
While
we
waited
for
the
system,
I
was
also
seen
by
the
surgeon
Dr.
Pedro
Campos
and
once
again
by
Dr.
Maria
Catarina.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
I
am
discharged
with
buscopan,
which
only
relieved
4
hours
and
on
the
23rd
I
could
not
stand
it
anymore
and
I
had
to
go
back
to
the
hospital,
this
time
I
went
to
a
private
hospital
and
was
operated
on
urgently
for
a
kidney
on
Christmas
day.
I
have
nothing
to
point
out
to
the
doctors
who
attended
me,
but
to
say
that
the
focus
of
this
hospital
is
moving
towards
a
humanized,
functional
and
welcoming
dimension
for
patients
is
simply,
to
enjoy
with
the
user.

Dirigi-me
à
vossa
urgência
no
dia
22/12/2020
com
uma
dor
muito
forte
na
anca
lado
direito
e
a
vomitar.
Depois
dos
meus
familiares
fazerem
o
registo
e
de
me
ter
sido
colocada
uma
fita
amarela,
que
aliás
era
a
cor
entregue
a
todas
as
pessoas
que
se
encontravam
na
urgência,
tive
de
aguardar
a
minha
vez
para
a
triagem
como
outro
doente
qualquer.
Por
continuar
em
sofrimento,
os
meus
familiares
tiveram
de
pedir
por
favor
que
me
atendessem
o
mais
rápido
possível,
tendo
sido
informada
que
só
me
consultavam
com
máscara
colocada,
o
que
não
é
fácil
quando
se
está
a
vomitar…
fui
medicada
para
as
dores
e
encaminhada
para
fazer
uma
eco
abdominal,
que
também
não
se
realizou
porque
estava
na
hora
dos
covids
realizarem
os
exames.
Volto
pra
sala
de
espera
e
mais
tarde
as
dores
voltam,
e
sou
medicada
de
novo.
Depois
da
eco
e
das
análises
(que
demoraram
4
horas),
esperei,
esperei,
esperei,
e
fomos
informados
que
o
sistema
tinha
ido
abaixo
e
tinha
de
aguardar.
As
análises
não
foram
conclusivas
e
a
eco
indicava
um
cálculo
na
vesícula,
mas
que
não
era
daí
estes
sintomas.
Enquanto
esperámos
pelo
sistema
fui
também
vista
pelo
cirurgião
Dr.
Pedro
Campos
e
mais
uma
vez
pela
Dra.
Maria
Catarina.
Ao
fim
do
dia
tenho
alta
com
buscopan,
que
só
aliviava
4
horas
e
no
dia
23
já
não
dava
para
aguentar
e
tive
de
voltar
ao
hospital,
desta
vez
recorri
a
um
privado
e
fui
operada
de
urgência
a
um
rim
no
dia
de
natal.
Não
tenho
nada
apontar
aos
médicos
que
me
atenderam,
mas,
dizer
que
o
foco
deste
hospital
se
encaminha
para
uma
dimensão
humanizada,
funcional
e
acolhedora
para
doentes
é
simplesmente,
gozar
com
o
utente.
