Contacting this Association (responding to a call from them) is worse than trying to contact Joe Bideden, President of the USA. In fact, I'm either a "sniper" or I always hit when they're "busy". And it is not worth contesting or warning the governing bodies: "They will deeply regret, promise to develop a rapid response - they have remained the same for 4 years - and apologize most sincerely" Mrs Rosa Maria, Mrs Carla - just to name two - put the phone on mute, talking over and over about this and that, whoever calls, the best thing is to go there. Friendly and competent service. Can be a bit of a wait without scheduled appointment, but very practical location and is really worth it. Good prices(?) If you sign up for membership.

Excellent veterinary doctors, but the administrative part can cause problems for the animals. There are too many people in this veterinary hospital so if you have to call to make an appointment no one will answer and if you send an email you will get no reply. After being hospitalized, my cat needed an appointment to make blood tests and check if everything was alright, but not only did they never get us an appointment, but also they wouldn't even give us her medical records so that we could go to another veterinary.

I had so much to say that it wouldn't fit here because we have a long history. I had some really good and fun times there and also some of the saddest moments of my life. Excellent veterinarians, excellent hospital. What most people don't have, AZP has a lot of: HUMANITY, COMPASSION and LOVE... in addition to extreme professionalism. All my pets were, are and will be treated, accompanied and pampered by the AZP Veterinary Hospital.

my cat Kitty fell from a 4th floor window and had to undergo surgery because she was very badly treated, they were simply wonderful, from the veterinarians to the doctors; assistants and administrators, even though I'm not a member, I'm grateful to still have my baby because of the love that these angels have for our best friends. Thank you everyone for what you did for Kitty. Today I am a member, because it is a way of knowing that I also contribute to those who do not have the opportunity to have someone to take care of them. Thank you for existing.
