Várias reclamações sobre esta senhora que por ser uma das protegidas do Instituto( não se sabe porque????!!!!) , ainda estão por resolver. Atendimento telefónico, é óbvio que não atendem, pois o telemóvel que as Senhoras Enfermeiras devem atender está sem som, claro que não é atendido...O telefone que os telefonistas deviam atender , não conseguem , pois e o email ou não sabem, ou não podem, enfim... Como é natural , nem tudo é mau, tem Médicos muito bons e bem educados, assim como o oposto, a nível administrativo igual, pessoas muito bem formadas tanto pessoalmente como academicamente , e outras que nem o 9º ano de escolaridade tem, e passa se o mesmo os restantes colaboradores ,auxiliares muito bons principalmente as" caras "novas", que em pouco tempo desaparecem, ainda não se percebeu o porque???!!!!e outros que nem para limpeza serviam, porque passam a vida a peço desculpa pela expressão "a coçar a micose". Enfermeiras, idem idem, algumas muito boas, outras que por não terem nota para serem médicas tiveram de ir para Enfermeiras e acabam por ser pessoas frustradas que descontam a frustração em "tudo" e "todos". Mas a culpa de isto tudo é dos Senhores "doutores" que fazem a gestão e estão enfiados em gabinetes ou quando saem é para fazerem perseguição a quem trabalha e a criticar quem se esforça e tenta fazer um bom trabalho num local "insano"! Tenham vergonha na cara , todos tem telhados de vidros , e os da Senhora "chefe" enfermeira que já devia se ter reformado, mas ainda não "amealhou" o suficiente..... tenham vergonha na cara.....Ou então sempre podem voltar a ir estudar , que vergonha.....

    I had little to no waiting here, and the entire staff was kind and friendly. I was seen by Dr. José Maia Seco, who was dedicated and patient. I didn't feel like the visit was rushed, and he was very attentive, answering all my questions. I was quite impressed!
