    It's a medical center in the middle of Lisbon and not one person was able to speak english. I had this situation already a few times in my life, normally we could solve that with google translate or other people who were able to help and translate. But this lady here noticed that I am not able to speak portuguese and she totally refused to help me at all. I understood that she said something like "Coming to portugal and not speaking portuguese, what is she expecting?!". I agree that I could learn the language but just because of that, not showing any will to help me at all is the worst thing I ever experienced in my life regarding health care support. Language barrier should not be an issue when you are working in such an important place. If you only want people who can speak portuguese, you have to work at the country side of portugal and not in the middle of lisbon, the most touristic city of your country.

    Very poor service. They don't even take seriously anything. I am expecting my first baby. I went for my first check up. Doctor is not a gynecologist. She gave me to do ultra sound. Not even gave me any blood test or recommend any medicine. It's been now 1 month I have not get any appointment for my check up. Besides the receptionist are very rude. They don't like to speak in English. Please improve your service for the sake of people who need help from your organization.

    Only go here if you have a whole day available. Is on a walk in basis, need to draw a ticket for every minor action and can wait for many hours. When you ask how long the waiting time is nobody can clarify (and donr care really). Better to go to a private clinic.

    I’ve had mixed experiences, but the lack of English is tough and the lack of a sophisticated scheduling system is very 1995. Now I have a family Dr, and it’s not clear what the advantage is. I can no longer use the walk-in service because I have to see that specific dr, but I still have to go there and draw a number to make an appointment in person because emails are never responded to, so I just have to go twice. Also, you basically have to do your own internet research before you get there bc the level of medical expertise is kind of low. I’ve received the wrong prescription (after a lengthy and judgemental lecture), and also allergy medication for a throat infection. Misdiagnosis and a disinclination to test for things is an occasional issue.

    I always used to be very happy with this health care centre. Ive had fast and excellent service and the doctors has been wonderful and helpful over the passed 3 years. Then I was unfortunate to have an appointment with dr. Teresa Luis. Someone has to please remove her license immediately.
