would
give
zero
stars!
Horrible
experiences,
non-medical
staff
(with
the
exception
of
the
guard)
super
rude,
arrogant
and
disrespectful
towards
people.
Especially
a
receptionist
whose
name
I
don't
know
because
she
didn't
have
the
courage
to
tell
me:
glasses,
gray
hair
and
an
arrogant
tone
of
voice
right
from
the
start
of
the
conversation,
a
woman
with
a
frustrated
attitude
who
allows
herself
to
insult
people
by
treating
them
like
stupid,
and
saying
false
(he
said
he
had
no
way
of
booking
my
visit
before
a
month
and
a
half,
but
a
colleague
of
his
did
so
two
days
later).
She
mostly
refused
to
speak
in
English,
kept
complaining
in
a
low
voice,
and
refused
to
give
me
the
complaint
paper.
A
unique
shame.
The
telephone
is
continually
ignored,
causing
significant
inconvenience
to
patients,
and
making
the
Center
more
crowded
than
necessary.
This
center
should
close.
Some
doctors
are
saved,
but
the
others
treat
you
as
if
they
wanted
to
do
nothing
but
go
home
as
soon
as
possible,
and
if
you
even
arrive
just
10
minutes
late
with
a
justified
cause
they
refuse
to
visit
you,
postponing
the
visit
until
almost
three
months
later!
Worse
than
third
world
countries.
