Depois de fazer a punção, marcaram uma data para fazer a transferência do embrião que acabou por não se realizar porque ja tinha ovulado, então tivemos que pagar mais para o congelamento. Durante o tratamento houve uns dias em que o médico ia de férias e eles disseram que se tivesse consulta iria ser com um outro colega. ( ainda faltava pagar o resto do tratamento) Depois de feita a transferência do embrião e de realizar um teste hcg duas semanas depois a pedido do médico não obtive resposta pela parte da clínica para me dizer se era positivo ou negativo. Liguei para a clínica um dia depois e eles disseram para enviar os resultados para o email da clínica que ia ser visto por uma enfermeira, porque o médico estava de férias e so vinha uma semana depois. Desde o primeiro dia que adorei tudo, clínica e profissionais. Fui sempre muito bem atendida tanto pela equipe de enfermagem como pelo DrSamuel um profissional direto simpático e disponível para qualquer dúvida. O meu muito obrigado por tudo.

O staff é super educado e simpático. No entanto, ficar 2 horas à espera para ser atendida, dado a atrasos alheios e problemas técnicos, acaba por ser uma desilusão. O tratamento em si já é stressante, adicionar esta dose de insatisfação é crucial. Devido ao tratamento e o valor do mesmo, este tipo de coisas não deveriam acontecer. Para mim é uma questão de brio (que não houve) e falha no bom funcionamento fazendo com que a minha experiência fosse negativa. Fiquei mesmo aborrecida com esta situação.

Na Ivi há um cuidado especial com os pacientes/utentes que não há em mais serviço nenhum de saúde. Todo o processo é explicado ao pormenor e estão sempre disponíveis para as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo

I have been trying to make an appointment for a consultation for WEEKS now. No one answers the phone, no one answers the emails, no one responds to the online forms, and then they send you messages saying they "unsuccessfully tried to call you" when i dont have even ONE missed call from them. If this is their customer service BEFORE even getting to the clinic i cant imagine what its like once you actually get there. Or even IF you ever get to make the necessary appointment.

We are extremely satisfied with IVI. The entire team is very attentive. Everything is done punctually and they are always available. When I had any doubts, I called and was clarified or the call was forwarded to the doctor. Doctor Catarina Godinho is an extremely competent and empathetic professional. We are very grateful for the attention and availability given by everyone.

My experience at IVI was excellent, a lot of professionalism from the clinic team, the doctor was always available to help clarify my doubts, guide me with whatever was necessary, the nursing team was also always available to guide and answer questions, I did very well assisted, I thank the IVI team and particularly my Doctor, Dr Vânia Ribeiro.
