I received an email with “before” (which didn’t interest me at all, since I have a mirror at home), I registered on the Crisalix Customer Care website, downloaded the application and I didn’t receive the “after” simulation that day, but I found it normal and waited until the next day. The next day, nothing. I sent an email to the clinic, requesting the images, but no one responded or tried to make them available. Scheduled appointment a month prior via Whatsapp and was told that if any cancelations arise I would be the first in line for a sooner visit. No one ever called so ok, let’s wait for the scheduled visit. On the day of the visit, 15 min before the appointment, I called asking for directions because even though I was pretty close , I couldn’t find the clinic ( keep in mind I drove all the way from Costa da Guia which is 50 min away from downtown Lisbon on the eve of a 4 day weekend just for that). To my unpleasant surprise I was told that my name was only NOT on the schedule but the Dr was also sick and all her appointments for the day had been cancelled. Boy, wasn’t that great to hear! I was then offered apologies and the possibility of a new appointment in 7 days, absolutely no other compensations mentioned. To make matters WAY worse, someone from the Office called me an hour later to apologize saying how truly sorry the clinic was and how much they value their customer’s feelings but after calling me Caroline for the THIRD time, I had to call her out that she cared so much that she didn’t even take the time to learn the name of the client she was apologizing to. How can I trust my health into a business that lacks even basic skills like scheduling, proper customer service and management? Disappointing to say the least. Unfortunately can not rate the Dr’s services as I was never seen.
