    Worst service and scheduling. What the point of having a timed appointment if you have to wait in the queue for a ticket first and then wait in the queue with ticket. More than half an hour of extra time from scheduled 11:00am to get to the exam. And no, that's not a COVID related anything UPD: OVER THAN AN HOUR TO GET TO THE EXAM WHEN YOU HAVE THE EXACT TIME APPOINTED! At the end you have to wait in 3 queues: to get ticket, to get to the counter and then again to get to the exam! And they only start moving when you start pushing them. What the heck?! 🤦‍♂️🤬

    I would give it zero stars if possible. They promise 24 hours for result , they let me miss my flight . Another lie on their website is appointment takes 5 minutes. Had 9 am appointment in Portimao to wait long queue because they just appear to work from 9:30. Such a scam company ..... The only thing which works is to pay and you receive the invoice a few hours later in your email !

    Should get a zero. Called and went twice for a COVID Antibodies test and they are useless. I rang and was told they will do the test, the price and that I don't need a prescription. I went to the lab the first time and they told me I can only do the test between 8-12; they were quite annoyed and rude, despite not really having clients. Second visit I was turned away as they insisted I have a prescription. They were quite rude and unhelpful. I would simply avoid this place.

    Booked for pre travel covid test at Estádio do Bonfim, turned up to find others had been waiting 1 hour as no one was there to do the test. Turns out they took a one hour lunch break despite booking appointments during this time, ridiculous.

    In this central Lisbon Unilabs clinic, as always in Unilabs clinics, the receptionists are incredibly rude and will do all in their power to complicate every little issue for their patients. They must be chosen on purpose to have no empathy at all, even though their clients are suffering from health issues, if not they would not be there; it is so strange. However, if you manage to overcome these efficient gate keepers with your spirits in tact, as a reward the medical specialists will treat you with an incredible kindness and efficiency.

I arrived 30 minutes early to avoid delays in admission as on other occasions, even though the ticket for my admission was called 10 minutes after my exam time, probably taking into account the lack of efficiency or personnel to dispatch the tickets. Upon admission, I was refused to proceed with the exam because I did not have the original prescription, only a digital version duly signed (for at least 5 years that my insurer has accepted digital submission of prescriptions and invoices) on the grounds that the insurer does not accept this form. I made myself available to deliver the document later, which was refused. As a result, after canceling several appointments so as not to compromise the exam, wasting 30 minutes traveling (another 30 minutes back) and almost an hour on the premises, I was unable to take an urgent exam.     I went to make an appointment in person as I went outside of opening hours and was not available, I tried via phone for the first time without success, I tried via the website without success, I tried the APP waiting for activation, I tried via phone for a second attempt and it was incredible.

    Punctual and kind service, waited 15 minutes the waiting hall. Everybody spoke English and was smiling. Got my results the next day(blood tests) and after 5hours(échographie). Also the e-version is available the minute the result is done. I highly recommend.

    I had made an appointment for a mammography test. All staff were so nice and polite, especially trying to speak in English and guide me. Everything went well and on time. I ideally enjoyed the experience

    This used to be my place to go for any medical exams… until it was transformed into Unilabs. Not a place I would recommend if you want to be treated like a human being and not as another faceless customer who's just paying for a mediocre service. So much so that I'm sure they won't even care about this comment: "Next!"

    Not recommend! Cheaters, awful customer service. Paid for test, did not receive confirmation. Twice called to the support, was told that they did not see my appointment, was asked to write an email to claim my money back. I did it right after a call, it was 24.01.2022. Today is 24.03.2022. And I still did not get my money back! All my last letters were ignored.

    If i could give 0 stars i would. This establishment should be forced to close. So many things are bad, the unprofessional staff, the way they treat the clients, and so on… Did a covid test to go on a flight, i paid 100€ for a drive in covid test, the WROST pain i ve ever had doing a covid test and i ve done enough of them. Waited a day or two to get my results, everything seemed normal on the results… The morning of the flight i was refused to enter the plane, because my results were “indecisive”???? Are you kidding me? That’s why i go and do a covid test to know if i’m positive or negative? Why would i waste 100€ to go and get a result like this!! How is this even legal? Never had such a horrible experience like this!! Honestly don’t waste your money & time, go somewhere else with more empathy and professionalism!!
