The best Clinic at all levels, with professionals and excellent facilities.

Well I can tell you now I am a real person and this place is a joke. Just reading the negative reviews below, well I think they have merit and the dentists replies are very poor saying they are scams... A bit strange also 99% of the 5* reviews of people only have 1 review 🤔... So it took me 4 days trying to get an appointment, mind you with a rude receptionist which I had to try to ignore this fact.. Then in the end I was told I have to pay 150e for emergency consultation.. Well i just want a tooth fixed no huge emergency. But apparently you have to have an initial consultation before any work is done.. And this is 120e just to look at what my teeth need. Without even fixing anything... This place is a sham really... Mint Clinic, you seem to promote care and well-being. I just see money money money! *edit after response * how can my opinion be a spam! ... You do the wrong thing and say everyone is a scam... I think you all better take a good look at yourselves.

The service is nice! The atmosphere is great. People speak English. Very caring. But it looks like the price is 3-4 times more than in average clinic here. First visit price - 150€. Restauraçao de uma face 180 eur while in other places up to 60 eur.

Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. It’s intimidating going to any dental or healthcare practitioner in a different country away from your home, but everyone here made me feel really comfortable. They were all extremely caring. Also, I’ve lived in the US and the UK, and this was probably one of the best dental clinics in terms of cleanliness, equipment and level of service I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

All of the staff at Clinica Mint are incredibly friendly. The space is clean, modern and spacious so that you can feel relaxed. I have quite complex dental problems and they have always made me feel comfortable as well as informed about all of my options and expected results!

It took me a while to write this review because I was honestly traumatized by what I experienced at this clinic. I had 6 veneers placed with Dr. Eduardo about 4 years ago and all the teeth, I repeat - ALL - ended in pulpitis and consequent devitalization, causing me terrible pain and enormous damage. The first root canals were also carried out by Dr. Eduardo and the last one (carried out in this clinic) by a dentist at the beginning of her career. They were all done poorly and I will have to undergo intra-oral surgery to correct what they did. The remaining root canals were carried out by a specialist (an option that was never presented to me at Mint) and did not cause any problems. NEVER did Dr. Eduardo or anyone from management want to talk to me to explain possible causes of the treatment going so badly or even show empathy for what I was going through, they washed their hands completely. And of course, they charged me for all the root canals I had done there that resulted from the placement of the veneers, a procedure that was presented to me as having no risks. The price for root canals was higher than that charged by the endodontologist who saw me for a second opinion, and neither Dr. Eduardo nor Dr. Rita have specialization in this area. I have seen 2 specialists and both are of the opinion that 1 or 2 teeth developing pulpitis can be very bad luck, but all those who have been treated must be due to the technique used. I suffered a lot and lost thousands of euros through all of this. I do not recommend this clinic at all, they care more about social media and TV programs than the well-being of their patients.

I had professional cleaning sessions as well as professional teeth whitening and I’m very happy with the results. Everyone at the clinic speaks English too. Highly recommend.

The team at Clinca Mint are amazing. They really take the time to understand your wants and needs to make you feel at home. Also the whole team accommodates to expats like myself who's Portuguese is quite limited, everyone speaks perfect English. I had wisdom teeth surgery here in March after having had a bad experience at another dentist the CM team were very professional and accommodating to my intial worries, they made sure that I felt comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process and pricing beforehand. Clinica Mint has exceeded my expectations! Their friendly and expert staff are ready to welcome and provide you a comfortable experience. My first visit was only two weeks ago for a long-overdue cleaning and checkup. When I left, I felt like I had a brand new set of teeth. For some reason, they acted like they didn't know how to process the card machine to do the refund. Asked for my bank details and said they would do a bank transfer. I found the clinic on Google advertisement and looking to all the good reviews I decided to book for an appointment. The staff has been really nice and kind since the first meeting. During my orthodontic process I’ve seen how professional they all are, still supporting me while I am already really satisfied about the improvements and my smile looks definitely better now!
