    Extremely unprofessional place, demanding prepayments without mentioning this over month before appointments, insisting on cash instead of accepting cards. Very dodgy and absolutely can not recommend this place especially for medical issues where you should be able to rely on professionals.

    Worst health clinic/service so far. They are asking unnecessary procedures, diagnosis just to get more of your money. I had a small thing to be removed from my palm. Asked both for ecography and a wrist x ray. Yes you did not read wrong, a wrist x ray. Even the ecography and x ray specialist did not understand the logic behind and said this is already smt on the very surface and in the palm. What is the wrist x ray for... And the dental clinic, i cannot even find words to explain. Although I asked several times and was told that I wont pay anything due to agreement with my private health insurance company, they sent to my home address an additional bill of more than 50 euros only for the kit and paste used for a simple tooth cleansing procedure. And these are the materials used normally regardless of if there is covid or not. I went to another dental clinic and paid 10 euros only where sams charged me almost more than 100. When i wanted to complain, the counter downstairs told me there is nothing ican do except writing in a notebook ! Or send a letter..yes hold on tight there, we are in the 20th century and i was told no other means for customer communication. But when i went only 1 floor up, to the counter on the ground floor, the lady informed me that there are people who are only assigned for customer complaints and gave me even some email addresses... another story for a very minor surgery... we called both branches and the central clinic, also sent email not to have a bad surprise for hidden additional costs which can chase after us to our home...and guess what noone knew the prices for the operation which we even provided the specific barcode.... today i came to get my ecography result (no u cannot reach any of ur reports or results online) and it took them more than 40 mn to give a 7 line ecography report. Stay away. Never seen anything worse than this.

    Not trustworthy, put you paying money for the service that they cannot legally provide. I previously called there asking if I can have a medical certificate for driving school there, without the sns number. They said yes, they provide the service. Marked a consultation. Came there 15 minutes before, only entered one hour later. The doctor sent me to do blood analysis, urine analysis, oftalmology consultation and electrocardiogram, and then come back so she can give me my medical certificate. I paid 35 euros for this visit, and was about to pay 200 for the analysis and consultations she prescribed. Then in various driving schools I was told that there is no way I can get a medical certificate without an sns number. So SAMS was just taking advantage of me making me pay more money for the service they cannot provide.

    This clinic is appalling. Employees who are unprepared and impatient to deal with the public (90% are elderly), are not able to provide information correctly and are not helpful. Doctors don't care about their patients, they are late and they don't have the basic education to say "good morning" or "good afternoon" in a decent way. They think people go to appointments because they have nothing else to do with their lives. They should at least carry out basic training in good manners and civility for all employees.

    Went in Sams late night for the emergency and it was great, I was checked very quickly. The doctor was a very nice man, the nurse who did the triage and the receptionist was also very kind and empathic with my illness.

    Não recomendo. Fazia consultas nessa clínica, mas infelizmente alguns medicos e os atendentes são incapazes. Remarcam consultas e nao colocam no sistema, eu apareço na clinica e fico sabendo que nao tenho consulta marcada. Na medicina dentária uma medica foi negligente com o meu caso, me passou um tratamento para aliviar as inflamações, tive alergia ao medicamento e a medica me disse para parar de tomar e que esperasse que a dor passasse. Se a dor era suposta de passar, por que me passou antibiótico? Uma perda de tempo, dinheiro e você ainda corre o risco de ter um péssimo atendimento e nao ter seu problema resolvido.

    Bem... Péssimo local. Tentei contactá-los por diversas vezes sem sucesso. Desde que a covid-19 se implantou em Portugal que este serviço resolveu fazer gazeta: fechou e só passados MESES é que reabriu. Onde já se viu, em pandemia médicos terem medo de atenderem doentes????? Vergonha. Mau atendimento ao telefone (que posteriormente efetuei com a sede, que - por sua vez- entrou em contacto com a equipa de enfermagem e triagem do local). A propósito: o telefone AINDA NÃO FUNCIONA. Para quem não é e nem quer ser vacinado, não coloquem lá os pés: zaragatoas logo à entrada.

    Best solution for foreigners and expats. In my experience, most of the employeess don't mind to speak in english, which in Portugal is a challenge sometimes. Quite expensive though, but i think it's the price you pay for a good service. Thanks especially to Dr. Miguel Janetschek da Cruz, for the amazing communication and professionalism showed during my medical checks.

    Péssimo serviço de atendimento telefónico. Não dos centros clínicos mas do SAMS em geral. Voltámos aos tempos antigos em que parece que o SAMS nos estava a fazer um favor sempre que tentávamos falar pelo telefone. Agora é uma panóplia de opções. Parte delas não são claras e quando nos parece que é a opção mais aproximada, ou não atendem ou dizem que não sabem e ficamos na mesma. Para uma pergunta tão simples como saber qual a validade das comparticipações estou há mais de meia hora e a chamada acabou por se ir abaixo. Inqualificável.

    There was an appointment scheduled today at 12pm and I was seen after 2pm and so on! Total disrespect and lack of commitment to the user! It was the first and last time I was there! It is regrettable that even today people are unable to provide a quality service when it comes to following a schedule! The clinic has a good structure and had everything it needed to be good and provide quality care! But unfortunately that's not what I witnessed today!
