Worse client service I have ever seen in my entire life… get ready to pass through the quest game to get to know any information from this “clinic”! no prices in Instagram, no prices on the website, don’t answer for the phone calls, I went straight there, was waiting for few minutes after they will finish their chatting about personal life issues. To receive any information for the pricing and list of services you have to make an appointment first… weird place with weird service.

The staff are nice and welcoming and the location is on spot in the main avenue! Please have the decor changed, the orange is so vibrant that I feared having an epilepsy attack even though I suffer not from such affliction... My experience was yet limited to a few of their services but I don't see why not trying more.

Terrible. Lack of organization with appointments. 2 appointments in which I was not attended to in any of them for a skin cleansing previously paid for by purchasing a pack of 3. The first time I called before leaving home to confirm, they told me that nothing was scheduled and that it would not be possible to cleanse the skin that day. I made a new appointment for a Saturday morning at 9am. At 9:15 an employee appeared without a key to the clinic and after several phone calls to other colleagues she informed me that the person who would assist me would arrive at 10 am. I left because I had another commitment and after several days I didn't even receive a phone call with an explanation. They lost a client.

I also tried the customer support email twice and to this day I still haven't received a response. I have paid packs and I can't use them.
