Interesting, with good variety of foods. Nice to see good use of old buildings. Very poor cobbled surfaces so not ideal with a pushchair or wheelchair. Good spot to have something to eat and some drinks but not much else to see. Worth visiting if in the locality and after a bite to eat or a few drinks but not worth going out of your way to visit.

Candidly have mixed feelings. It’s a nice concept with having a variety of shops, restaurant, drinks places but it felt less like a place for lots of wandering (our plan) and more like a place that would be nice if visiting a specific food place or shop. It also felt a little touristy, with a few shops having more English than Portuguese and fairly high prices in shops.

Such a fun way to spend an afternoon! A former industrial space that's been overtaken by artists to turn it into a great place to eat and shop with delightful murals and shops. If you visit on Sunday, there's a sweet craft market too.

Very cool area to visit. This is an old factory that's been converted and repurposed for a new life to house restaurants, bars, and art shops. There are many places to eat with outdoor patios and a ton of shops to see and buy unique art. Some shops are also the art studios themselves and you can watch and talk to the artists as they work. Awesome place to just wander as there is also lots of street art to take in. Definitely worth a stop if you have the time.

Cool place to visit in Lisbon. My teenage daughter loved the place. Lots of unique art installations, boutique shops and restaurants. Vibe was good and stores had many unique gift items. Sardine shop and ceramic shop were my favorites. We spent about one hour there, had a quick snack and came back to hotel.

I had heard about this place on social media and wanted to see whether the rave reviews were warranted. I really liked it; there were cool, independent shops, great restaurants, street art, green credentials, and a really good vibe. It is a great place to go. I am a bit old for this though - it reminded me of Camden Market (London) in the 1980s - which made LX seem less innovative. Please do go though - it is great and it's also a good place to get cool souvenirs

It is trendy and has lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in an out door setting. There are artist shops and some retail as well. We were there for a coffee.

Great place to come for a walk, for a snack, food or drinks. Also to buy some souvenirs or just for a coffee. They have a big amount of options for any taste. You can also cut your hair or get a tattoo here. They have parking that is 2€ for 2 hours, otherwise there’s many options with transport around. Everyone speak good English and the place is full of tourists that bring a great atmosphere here ☀️

I think it's best to go there in the afternoon/ early evening. Take some minutes to check out the shops and have a nice drink at one of the bars. I wish there would have been much more art and self-made our sustainable products.

Cool area to wander round.. Nothing is open really before 11am. Definitely worth visiting in the afternoon or evening though. Few nice independent shops, there's more tucked away up in the buildings, but they're quite pricey. Few good options for coffee, and food. Good vibes!

It was fun! Filled with nice restaurants and places to have a chilling evening with nice music, nice ambience, and just simply let yourself breathe and enjoy! There are good foods, wine, books, toy store for kids, fun sourvinir store. Really suitable for a nice cozy date with low budget.

It’s my third time here at LxFactory, and I love it. A place for mostly young people, but also for those who love arts. You’ll find here many shops, restaurants and hand made products. Maybe it’s a bit far from the city center, but once you’re in Lisbon you have to visit it. You won’t regret it.

We weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. This historic industrial complex has some really nice small, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. We loved all the street art dotted around the space. We enjoyed a tasty lunch here and a little shopping after. We would have liked to come back in the evening to see what the place was like then. The toilet situation needs improving, in terms of their number and cleanliness.

I had the opportunity to check out the LX Factory on a Friday afternoon, and it was an amazing experience. I'm always drawn to creative hubs where the old city's history merges seamlessly with modern vibes. The place is dotted with fantastic cafes, perfect for grabbing a bite. My friend and I popped in for a beer and were pleasantly surprised by the short wait for a table and the reasonably priced menu. The LX Factory is also home to a variety of shops offering vintage clothing, quirky glasses, and all sorts of unique finds. I even picked up some handmade jewelry there. I spent a good hour and a half in the library, flipping through vintage and art books, and even snagged a Nick Cave comic book. I highly recommend it to anyone who's into contemporary, creative spaces.

Nice place to walk around and check out the book store, a few authentic stores, and take photos. I did not have lunch there because I heard LX Factory has became overpriced and is in a way a tourist trap. I went to a local restaurant nearby instead.

Nice artsy place that has a few food vendors and shops. If you want to see some interesting art, this is the place to go. The area does remind me of a mini Brooklyn in Lisbon. There isn’t much to do outside the LX factory in this area so no need to spend too much time here.

A very nice setup. The bed bunk is well arranged, beds are isolated from each other, so you still have privacy although among other. The place has its own charm with a cool atmosphere. Breakfast is good. This place is definitely worth the low cost. Highly recommended. 😉😉

Very cool place! The shops, the bars/restaurants, the atmosphere, great, I loved it. There is something for everyone in terms of restaurants and shopping as well. Beautiful little shops selling typical or modern items, clothing…. I fell in love with the Ementa brand which has a shop at the LX Factory, the brand is beautiful, and I was really impressed by the quality! Little stop at the Queen of Hearts salon for a piercing, quick welcome, the people were lovely and the person who pierced me was great. Honestly a place to go to discover shops or hang out in a small bar. Beautiful street art and I love it!! Outdoor music always pleasant ☺️

It is always nice to be in the artistic side of the city. Love the vibe, the people are so nice and the atmosphere is cosy and loud in a very positive way. The concept stores are so cute, on the expensive side but very good quality. Recommend it.

I came here in the evening and thought it was a nice space to chill! A couple of shops and restaurants on the block. Some more vintage shops and workshops in the building but sadly when I went most of them were closed already(?). There was an event that was happening when I was there so I didn't get to explore all the areas. overall it's a hip area to have a chill evening at.

Really cool place, I would say that it reminded me a bit of Camden Town in London. There are so many quirky shops, restaurants, bars, and graffiti art everywhere. Let's not forget that the best chocolate cake ever is made at the LX Factory!!

Really nice place to visit. We walked over the whole building just to see graffiti and atmosphere at the main building. There some cute places to buy souvenirs that feel not like ordinary one from the city center but has some special one. We took a burgers to eat in the restaurant, it was quite nice. Highly recommend to visit, walk around and shop something for you.

Industrial Warehouses turned to a creative hub. Lots of cool shops, restaurants, rooftop-bar , Art Exhibitions, Flower shop, Magazine-Tobacco Shop… I like the concept but turned a bit commercial, still a must visit in Lisbon.

Nice and trendy place, full of street art, reminding me of a French “friche”. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Art everywhere for curious eyes. It closes at 22h30 so I would advise to go there late afternoon to roam the streets and then end up by having a few drinks and food in many of the restaurants available.

I liked this place. But felt a bit too commercial compared to similar places/districts in other European cities. Good place to find something to eat. The bookshop is really cool

  • 3/5 Hyun A. 4 months ago on Google
Just like any other hipster market in Europe, it's full of overpriced second hand junks, overpriced food and drinks. Only one artist booths out of all vendors and stores found interesting. Rather skip it if you don't have much time in the city to explore.

Nice and interesting place to spend time over the weekend with your loved ones or friends. Many nice restaurants, cafes and gelateria, and souvenir shops as well. They have the art galleries up to 1 floor. If you are looking for Lisbon or Portugal souvenirs you can find it here quite rare items but not affordable prices €€€.

It offers some different shops in Lisbon. It is a must go place hut would recommend to visit during the day time. We visited after 7pm and most of the stores have been closed. The atmosphere is good and restaurants cool. There are plenty of free parking space around the venue. Be careful of the nearest road side parking as the parking is for free, but someone will assist you and ask for money.

Love the concept of converting an old industrial factory site into a center for dining/shopping/art. Nice collection of quirky restaurants, boutiques and Cool murals. A bit on the pricey side but I guess that’s true of most touristy destinations.

  • 5/5 Aleksandra N. 1 year ago on Google
Cool hip place with a bunch of workshops, unconventional stores and eating options. Good for an evening with friends — first explore the factory converted into a loft-like business centre, then finish the evening at one of many cafe-bar places, each with theit own character. Imo everyone would find something to their liking here

It’s a must go place to go in Lisboa. Very industrial, old fabrics turned into bars, clubs, shops - anything u want. Awesome vibe around, with planes flying above your head. We were able also to visit small flea market next to it as well, which was pretty cool.

A really cool art, food and shopping experience under the bridge. It's a bit separated from other attractions but is accessible by tram or bus. There were multiple bars and food options to choose from. Would highly recommend spending a few hours to explore!

What an amazing place, and old industrial estate repurposed for a new generation! Sitting just under Lisbons giant bridge this is definitely a place to find the unusual, great food and incredible crafts! Big for people who love Instagram, as there is literally something Instagram will love around every corner. We visited on Easter Sunday and under the water tower was a great pop up market filled with random things. Some of the food and drink offers are Uber stylish, this includes a great Mexican bar/restaurant and rooftop bar allowing you to look over the area from a height and just soak in the ambiance! Hunt down the bookshop it’s a must! And always remember to always look up, you’ll be amazed what you find, even a smashed in window adds a new dimension to this utterly amazing location, an artists dream, a students place to chill and a thoroughly rewarding place to visit!

To hyped! A lot of places to eat, and decent food, the prices for food is high, and the prices in the stores are higher. The atmosphere is urban and hipster, a good place for the young crowd.

Worth a trip. Easy place to walk around, plenty of restaurants some cool art, shopping if you're into it. Book store with jazz messenger were the best. Old printing press and artist on top deck was cool.

A good place to visit but i cant believe this is not a walk district, they still allow car drive into this place. Most of the store are good, but not able to compared to other artist district, most of shops are totally selling the commercial item, not art craft.

Fabulous place to visit. Vibrant and cool. Great restaurants and shops. Not over-priced. Lovely artisan market on a Sunday. Amazing bookshop. Friendly service - we were even given blankets to wrap up in at the tapas restaurant when it got a bit cold. I would recommend this place to hang out at if you are wanting chilled out, weekend vibes 😊

If you love great food and amazing design, come here. Chocolate cake. Delicious, high quality food and drinks at Therapist, gorgeous interior design, cork shoes that are creative and comfortable. This place is extremely sophisticated. Every shop is creative and unique. We were blown away. Wonderful perfumes, clothing, food , jewlery, chocolate, bakery. Gluten free at Therapist.

LX Factory in Lisbon is a vibrant tapestry of imagination. This dynamic creative enclave is where dreams come alive, where art merges with life, and where possibilities are infinite. Strolling through its industrial-chic corridors, my friends and I stumbled upon a pulsating Techno party that beckoned us with its hypnotic beats. Though we didn't venture in, the infectious energy resonated through the air, electrifying our senses. LX Factory embodies the spirit of exploration, where surprises await at every turn. It's a place where magic and inspiration intertwine, leaving an indelible mark on all who dare to venture within.

Loved it here. Really hipster and outlandish vibes, so many restaurants to choose from and some really cool shops. There's a big bookshop here too, which is a must visit. The jewellery stores were a bit on the expensive side, but I assumed maybe hand made. A must visit on your trip to Lisbon, it's under the bridge with a pretty epic view. Toilets are a bit rough and ready, but do the job!!
