Cute little park with some fitness tools & a small playground – the view from here towards Alfama neighborhood and the bay is beautiful! Great place to relax, picnic or a romantic date. Park has opening hours! In the summer it closes after 7pm.

Beautiful view, but heads up: you will end up in a street with no entrance, so enter in the “Parque Infantil do Recolhimento”.

This area had many amazing spots, for example, the beautiful sea view, artist workout, and sometimes you would meet musician who sing nice song songs. You may need to replenish more energy as you would walk upstairs and downstairs all the time in this area.

Hidden gem near the castle, if you are looking for a place that is not too touristy go inside the children park to get to this amazing view, you get to see the river and enjoy the old buildings from above with a free place to sit at and soak up some sun and views.

If you have to travel to see the view it’s not worth it but if u are around and it’s a 10-15 mins walk it ok

From top of Alfama - the view opens up to gradual expanse starting from the ruins of old neighborhood to the new city incl National Pantheon and St Vincent's church and merges into the view of the river with cruises dotting the landscape

It is somewhat of a gem hidden by the castle. In addition to the shade provided by the olive trees, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of old Lisbon. The towers of the St. Vincent Monastery and the dome of the National Pantheon stand right in front of you, and you can still see the St. Stephen’s Church and the rooftops of Alfama. Note that this terrace is not open at night, the gate closes at 7PM.

There is a very nice view, playground for your kids and benches on a nice shadow, so this place is perfect for relax after the walking to the castle nearby

Small, quiet park with beautiful views to the East. You can stop by at a time before or after seeing the castle, on the way to Alfama. Partial views, and better on a good day ;)

This place is an insider tip. The view was great, there was also seating in the shade and there was no one there except me, even though I was there on the weekend. Highly recommended for a little break and nice photos.
