Aerocoope provided excellent service and communication on our recent group trip to Portugal. Everything went extremely well, and driver Tiago was probably the best driver we have ever had over our many years of trip planning. Highly recommend.

Our experience working with Aerocoope for an educational program in Lisbon was top notch. They were professional and prompt in confirming the reservation prior to pick up day, and driver Flavio was early for the airport arrival despite the fact the flight ending up being delayed. He was helpful, patient, and gave us great advice to take advantage of our time in the city. The mini bus itself was clean, with seat belts for every passenger, and Flavio drove with care & consideration for fellow motorists. We look forward to working with them again soon.

They did not deliver within the provided time frame. There was no communication from them. I did not even know, that my luggage was with that „company“. After I fould out, that they should habe my luggage, I called them. They pretended that they had no such luggage received. While boarding they called again and said they fould the luggage and were now going to deliver to the hotel despite they were already told, that I was leaving the country. I have never had such an incompetent company. Legal action is being checked.

My luggage was recently lost by an airline for four days. Throughout the whole process there was no company willing to accept any accountability for anything until my bag finally reached this courier company. They were kind and helpful and most importantly HONEST.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. I booked a bus for a football trip from Lisbon to Braga for 53 people. The communication from the company was excellent, they were always contactable and answered all questions promptly. The bus was clean, reliable and in good condition. The driver was excellent, no problems stopping off and everything went better than we could of wished for. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

What an amazing driver and experience we had!! We expected to only have a 3 hour journey but unforeseen circumstances meant the we only arrived at our destination 8 hours later and our amazing driver, David, was so patient and stuck it out with us. We had a group of 28 people to visit the gardens and palaces of Sintra for two days in June 2021 including several airport transfers. The organisation by Elsa was simply perfect, although we had several changes according to Corona restrictions. The prices were good, the buses modern and clean and both drivers absolutely reliable, friendly and responsible. And the roads around Sintra are definitely tricky. I highly recommend Aerocoope!!!
