Feel like Bangladesh 😍🇧🇩 Large Square in the Old Town of Lisbon. There are some plantings in the square but most are not attended to and the fountains are not filled with water or functioning. Not much to see. We did get the #28 Tram there for a tour of the Old Town. Very cool 👍👍👍

It's just a square, with nothing special in itself. It's located in the most multicultural neighborhood in Lisbon, though, so sometimes you can see old Chinese ladies doing tai-chi early in the morning or Pakistani kids playing cricket by the end of the day. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets with different food to try around.

The warmest street of Lisbon with lots of delicious asian cuisines. Plenty of other stuff are also available at very cheap prices. Also know as *Bangali Street* because the people of Bangladesh are a-lot in numbers there.

Nice area with a nice park. It's a concrete park. There is tree line around the park. Have 2 fountains on the both sides of park (1 at each side). There are a lot of Pigeon in the area. The law says not to feed the birds. So careful not to get in legal trouble.

This large square is the heart of the multicultural Martim Moniz neighborhood of Lisbon. Run-down area with nothing special. Also the terminus for trams 28 and 12.

I wouldn't recommend visiting that place. It seems neglected, and the atmosphere is quite unpleasant due to the crowd. There are better places to explore.

It is heavily crowded place with most of the asian community. Although it is an historical place to visit but there is no free parking available for personal car. I recommend you to visit on public transport. There is a beautiful fort in that area too.

Lovely plaza with many water fountains throughout. There were not too many people gathered there and it was a nice place to simply hang out and people watch. More of a relaxing place to be to just sit and be. Especially if you've been going full on taking in all the sites.

This large square is the heart of Lisbon's multicultural Martim Moniz neighborhood. Also the terminal for the 28 and 12 trams. The Hotel Mundiial where we stayed in across the street from the park.

Went here for a drink. Beautiful view. The only unpleasant thing was the waitres that demanded us to wait at the door. I do not have a problem waiting. But if you see people at the entrance of your restaurant, and then pass those people to clear a table on the terras. And let your quests wait ( in my view on purpose ). When the quests then pick up a wine list to go thru during that wait, you let them know that is not allowed??????? Luckily for us, another's waiter saw this and rushed to us to get us a table. ( one table of I think 14 was occupied, rest was empty ) But beautiful decorated restaurant, and the view was magnificent

Great weather. Quite place. Not to mention people are welcoming. Language can be an issue but google translate works best. Perfect for short stop or weekend getaway. Many historical buildings to see. Rental condos are recommended or get an hotel in town. Food and drinks very reasonable priced.

Typical Portuguese style well planned and maintainers spot in Lisbon. It is a multi national location, where one can find Far Easte, Asian and African community shops selling various items. Do visit. You will enjoy the sight.

  • 4/5 Eza R. 1 year ago on Google
One star less because the place was quite dirty with fresh and old urine at bus stops and carpark areas. I love the place overall because it has many Asian food and there is a grocery shop combined with a small Asian foodcourt. The first time I found the Asian grocery shop, I was very excited and quite satisfied because I managed to find products that I couldn't find anywhere else. I come from Caldas da Rainha and travel to Lisbon just to get some Asian grocery shopping. In the photos are some of my favourites that I found ranging from Singapore to Malaysia, to South Korean to Thailand and Vietnamese and Indian products.

Great place to eat Indian Street food like chaat samosa and gol gappa. There are multiple vendors siting in the side of the park and there items are really tasty and authentic as they can be.
