I
could
elaborate
but
I
honestly
have
no
words
to
describe
the
experience
I
had,
the
service
was
too
bad.
The
employees,
in
particular,
leave
a
lot
to
be
desired,
incompetence
at
the
highest
level,
in
this
case
low
level,
completely
limited
when
it
comes
to
information,
it
took
4
different
employees
to
help
with
absolutely
nothing
and
the
situation
remained
exactly
the
same,
for
two
Many
times
when
I
reached
someone
by
phone
I
was
told
"we
are
experiencing
a
high
number
of
calls
and
the
computer
systems
are
down"
forcing
me
to
go
to
the
location,
I
get
there
and
find
a
completely
empty
office...lucky
perhaps.
Taking
into
account
that
they
have
worked
in
the
public
service
for
so
many
years
(too
many)
the
service
they
provide
to
the
public
is
nil,
there
is
zero
initiative
to
resolve
problems,
arguments
are
shouting
to
the
heavens,
sometimes
they
say
one
thing
and
then
the
next
moment
they
are
contradicting,
They
look
like
trained
parrots,
all
of
them
with
the
same
answer
and
when
I
asked
for
a
certain
subject
to
be
explained
to
me,
the
answer
I
was
given
was
for
me
to
read
the
legislation.
They
pass
the
buck
from
one
to
the
other,
no
one
takes
charge,
they
are
not
about
to
get
upset...
the
problems
we
faced
were
aggravated
by
the
lack
of
information
and
cooperation
from
the

employees...
it
is

regrettable.

DO
NOT
recommend
it.
A
waste
of
time,
maybe
I'll
follow

employee's
suggestion

trouble
online".
