We were robbed over 2000€ worth of stuff from this parking lot. Not waiving the blame off of us but the parking attendant was in no way helpful at all; he wouldn't review the footage or help us in any way. Your stuff will get stolen here I have a picture of the guy who makes a good living off of it. We confronted him twice and got just about everything minus the valuables back but hotels have mentioned seeing him daily with new bags that he’s nicked. Don’t park here.

Typical rates for central Lisbon. Used to London rates so to me the charge seemed very good. This is a perfect car park for central Lisbon, allowing you to get to all the main attractions down towards the river, or catch a tram east or west to all the really interesting parts of the city. Paying for parking is straightforward even if you don’t have via verde or cash.

Entrance is difficult to find. Look just left of the Hard Rock Cafe, find the Neon LIVRE sign. The entrance appears as if you’re going up on the sidewalk. It’s located between the Parking elevator and the Cafe. Do not follow Google maps directions.

Underground parking with surveillance...

The Underground Parque Restauradores is the perfect place to park your car in the city center. I stayed at a hotel in the square just above, so this was the ideal location for my two-day visit. However, I did encounter a small issue as I was overcharged. Despite leaving the car parked for a total of 32 hours, I was charged for two full days. The pricing is set at 25 euros per 24 hours of stay. I didn't quite understand why I was charged two full days or 48 hours, and to be honest, the signage instructions are not very clear at all.

One of only downtown parking garages that accept credit cards

I booked online for >100€ and still had to get a ticket to get in. Wrote customer service immediately and 4 days and several more emails later I still did not get an answer. Don't park here!!! They answered and claimed they had sent me an email. Yes they did, but it was not anywhere close to my problem. Had a lengthy discussion at check-out until I could finally leave.

Good car park with convenient location. But it’s not cheap at all... same price (€20) for 12-24 hrs parking if prepay (€23 otherwise). Guess it’s a bit unfair for those who need to park 12 hrs. Staff there are helpful. If there’s any question with prepay machine, just press the help button and staff on duty will talk to you.

No toilets even, stinky…and ridiculous price 17 euro for 5 hours

while looking for slot I ended up with no way other then exit and had no time to pay 90 cents that they charge for their extremely stupid design

Top parking garage right in the center! Prices normal for a big city! 3 euros for an hour is okay! 👍

Use the telepark website and book parking online. 25 euros for 24 hours. It uses the car license plate and a camera.

Easy access, prices a little high

Conveniently located, however despite having booked and paid in advance I had to get a day ticket as my booking disappeared. I contact immediately the office I loco and the webchat, but 2 weeks later I still not have a refund. I provided all the requested proofs (reservation, ticket pics, ets) and yet when the webchat can be bother reply I still get no satisfaction or answer.

Central location, fairly modern parking spaces and, above all, a great online reservation and payment system!

Very expensive parking 30eu 8h with few machines to pay

Super convenient city parking, where it is convenient to leave your car if you are going to walk in the center. Also a big advantage is the availability of spaces for electric cars

It’s ok! Prices are ok! The overall location is nothing special for tourists, but if you are a local, and you really need to come to somewhere in the proximities of this place, it might be the way to go and to promptly park your car with class and style!
