The apartment was new and bright. Fantastic view, location and parking was a great perk. What we appreciated the most was the staff at LovelyStay went out of their way to bring us coffee pods and tea bags.

The location is brilliant, could not go for a better spot. The pool and sauna are a great addition for a relaxing stay. However, unfortunately, the flat floors were in a shocking state, and the host did not respond to the issue raised. The steam room in the building and the fire place in the apartment were out of order which did not affect our stay negatively but would be good extras if they were working as expected.

The apartment was like our home in Lisboa. We liked the apartment. The location was very good. The kitchen contained everything that is needed to cook a meal. The bedrooms are also very nice and having two bathrooms and extra toilet was nice. The check-in was very comfortable also you do not need any key while entering the building. The apartment was very silent also. No noise from the street. Definitely considering to stay again while visiting Lisboa. Thank you.

We had an incredible time in a beautiful apartment. We rented the penthouse around the corner from office, and found that the apartment had everything we needed. The attention to detail was very impressive. The people in the office held our luggage ( a lot of it) with a smile both before and after our stay. They were very attentive when we ran into a problem as well. We will seek them out for our next visit!

A comfortable apartment, with everything you need and especially quiet, in a street with little traffic. Easy access and well equipped.

One of the best places to stay in Lisbon for a family or a group of friends. First of all it is located in a nice quiet area though rather close to main touristic attractions. Moreover it has am underground parking which is very convenient. The apartment itself is really large, light, clean, well furnitured and equipped, and has all possible things and tools one would need for comfort living for kids and adults. Booking process, payment check-in and check-out went smoothly as well as communication with the host / customer support was great. And finally considering all these advantages, the price doesn't seem to be too high when being compared to other offers alike.

Wonderful stay at LovelyStay in Lisbon. The apartment was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Most of the furniture seems new and all fixtures worked as expected. I would have loved to stay here for a longer time. They also provided helpful assists to hire a driver from/to the airport. The only critique I can offer is that they could use a few more sets of dishes in the pantry. Thank you and hope to stay again.

Worst property management company I know. I'm a neighbor of one of the apartments managed by this company, I've had several problems, from having guests try to attack members of my family, water leaking into my ceilings without the company taking care of anything, completely ignoring requests for contact, several nights without sleep , countless parties in the apartment, hell. They disrespect their neighbors, think they are superior and completely ignore everything that happens. I give one star because I can't give less than 10.

A beautiful house, with spacious rooms, a perfect kitchen and a very charming garden! Communication with the hosts has been unbeatable. I would return without a doubt. Totally recommended!

Very nice apartment, modernly styled, still with a lot of feel-good charm, extremely clean and the furnishings were “perfect”. Kitchen, music, bathroom… we would move in there… and definitely book again. The apartment is in a lively area with all the advantages... the disadvantage, “noise from outside” was completely compensated for by the noise-proof windows. Thanks to the Ando Living team… also that communication was quick and uncomplicated.

A centrally situated, spacious, comfortable and well equipped and appointed flat that will serve as a great base for exploring Porto, whether as a first timer or an experienced traveler. It's very easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and shops all over the city from this property. Location is a lively neighborhood, yet the building offers a quiet, calm place to relax after a day spent exploring this beautiful city. The Lovely Stay team was responsive and courteous. Great stay with LovelyStay! The apartment we rented was clean and just as the photos showed. They were super easy to work with and coordinate with. Definitely recommend booking with them in the future!

Overall apt was ok and well located, however would like future guests to be more informed re the following: Not ideal for tall persons, as you will be bumping your head on ceilings upstairs in master bedroom/laundry room as well as downstairs bedroom on one side. Bedding/towels provided very low quality. Unfortunately on arrival- some areas of our apt had not been cleaned properly. Lastly there is a sewage smell off and on coming from the guest bathroom downstairs, perhaps related to river nearby.

This was a beautiful and comfortable apartment. We had good air flow and a great restaurant a block away. Everyone had a lovely room. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a marvelous time.

We are two families with children and we had amazing vacation in sunny Madeira. Rented villa (Rising Sun Villa) was very clean and very well equipped. Snow White bed linen, towels, and the availability of cosmetics in the bathrooms. The management company MHM is very professional and polite. They were always in touch and ready to help at any time.

Lovely apartment within walking distance To many Lisbon attractions, restaurants and bars. Many thoughtful touches including a bottle of wine and plenty of coffee. Enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend Ando Living to anyone looking to book a place for their visit to Lisbon.

Our stay in the apartment in Sintra was perfect for an overnight. The apartment had everything you could need and a terrace that was wonderful to have a glass of wine on after a long day of walking! The shower and towels were like being at a five star resort! Plenty of room in the shower and the towels were nice and thick. Comfy bed too!!! The staff was very responsive. I would highly recommend the stay here.

I wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and has a great view. The location is perfect and it’s very quiet and peaceful. The bed very big and comfortable. Every inch of the town is beautiful and the people are so friendly and kind.

The apt and location were lovely. We had 2 minor issues. The master bathroom toilet seat is not tight and moves and there is construction happening in the building and you can hear and the workers and smell them smoking through the vents.

Centred in the heart of Lisbon, this place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Everything within walking distance, great natural light coming into the living space throughout the day, very clean and not one bad thing to say! Highly recommended for anyone of any age (lift access) to enjoy a long or short term stay in Lisbon. The team were excellent in providing check-in details and were responsive throughout our stay. Also an amazing cafe next door for a great way to start each morning.

A very well equipped house only a short walk away from Praia da Falésia. A very lovely stay indeed! Car rental nearby too providing a great means of transport to city centre and the surrounding beaches. Would love to go again!

Wonderful experience in apartment 25 of Vila Castelho! The staff is very responsive and gave us clear indications about arrival in the house and self check in/out. The house is above expectations; we had more than enough space for 2 and it would also be perfect for 4. It is also very close to nice beaches which enabled us to enjoy delicious cocktails at sunset after long days of home office.

From booking process to check out all went very good (even with a update on reservation after being booked) Plenty of light (aprt 9) and very comfortable conditions, “giant” bed on master room :) Definitely a very good option to stay when visiting Sintra. I have nothing but positive feedback on our recent stay in Portugal. The apartment was clean, very well located and quiet. It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely be recommending it to a friend. They were very accommodating to us and there was very good and easy communication from the team! I will 100% be back!

I stayed with a friend in Lisbon, we found this room, it is on the mountain, on both sides, but that's not a problem for someone. The apartment is on the first floor of a house and there are no bars on the windows and you can not open them, also there are shutters, but if you open them all people will see what you have going on inside. The hair dryer needs to be changed. It overheats quickly, and you can add salt and pepper to the kitchen. But we lived with pleasure, everything is close by.

Wonderful experience staying in Sintra. Communication was great. The space was cute, clean and had great amenities. The door codes made getting in and out very easy. Free laundry and espresso, and the bathroom was big and clean. Would stay again.

Really wonderful place to stay. Great spatially as the two bedrooms are off the living room and private. Beds are really comfortable and quality linens and pillows. Lots of room in this place and the three main windows with small balconies let in a great air and the street ambience below. Great storage space too. This place is a great combo of traditional Portuguese charm with modern convenience and comfort. The location is unbeatable. It's right next to everything -- literally -- all the action and restaurants and shopping within 1-5 minute walk and the metro stops. The location is on a relatively quiet street. That is, there are no bars or restaurants right below you or on the street, but you do pick up some of the noise carrying from the activity around the corner and there is some cut through noise from people going to and from those locations. The front bedroom gets some of this noise at night but there is a small floor fan in the room that blocks it all out pretty well and that is part of the expectation you have to have to be near bars and restaurants. I didn't find it distracting and slept well. My son slept in the second bedroom, which is further back from the street and quiet. The only other minor issues are the floors are wood and old - which is part of the charm - and they do creak some in places. Just avoid those few select spots if it bothers you or others; it's not a big deal at all. The front bedroom could use a small AC unit as you can't really sleep with the balcony doors/window open due to the aforementioned minor street noise. Lastly, the WiFi is pretty good but in the back half the signal drops. If you need to work some while there, like I did, you should be fine 90% of the time. I had a to do a couple of video zoom calls and they went just fine and it worked well enough for myself and my son for work and surfing/reading/movies. Overall, we would definitely book this place again. Location. Comfort. Quiet enough. Lots of space. Washer/Dryer, etc. Great communication with the hosts.

The apartment is in a great location. Exactly as advertised. The sign in and departure were simple. The apartment is quite large and is set up with everything you need. The only recommendation would be to post a picture of the front door as the Uber drivers kept dropping us off at the top of the hill. No problem The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and there are numerous restaurants and cafes within a three minute walk. I would absolutely rent this apartment again.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Check in was easy by access codes. Loved having the washer and dryer, though we had trouble figuring out how to make the dryer come on since we were not familiar with European machines. Parking is expensive nearby but host recommended an app to locate garages and see prices. All in all, an excellent stay.

We staying in Lisbon for 4 nights and had a great time at this location. The apartment was clean, furniture was comfortable and new, appliances were new, beds were perfect and it was in a central location. I would definitely recommend Lovely Stay.

This was a fabulous apartment that we would return to again. There were 2 couples and it was the perfect size, well maintained, and had nice furniture (especially the beds). But, the best part was the LOCATION. You couldn't beat it. So close to everything. I highly recommend it. If you don't stay here you will regret it.

Fantastic spot for visiting Lisbon. Easy walk into the centre or taxi. The apparent is very spacious. Two excellent, comfortable rooms. Good bathroom. Kitchen fully stocked. We really enjoyed the living room which got the evening sun with a big sliding door and view. Easy checking and we'll secure. Would stay again for sure.

I recommend this place, it's close to a lot of interesting places in Lisbon. The communication was clear and easy and the instructions where clear. Although the room is quite small, it has a balcony, a big bed that's very comfortable, and a proper bathroom. The location is definitely the biggest plus. Would come back again :)

This property was incredibly convenient to access the lively tourist part of town by the river. The place was clean, has working appliances, and felt safe. The team is very responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay here for our 2 days in Porto. One note: if you plan on going into the main parts of town away from the river, be comfortable with steep climbs on hills and steps from this place.

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay at the property for 2 nights. The location was convenient and the apartment was very well maintained. The rooftop terrace was great - we spent mornings and late evenings outside sipping wine and laughing with our friends. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering a stay in the city center of Lisbon.

Great place, beautiful design, near city center. We came with one-year old baby, so we wanted to be near all city atractions and this apartments offers that. Everything was in walk distance. A lot of good places around, restarounts, shops, playground. In apartment we had everything needed. If you ask us perfect place to stay in Lisbon, with or without baby. ❤️

A very spacious apartment with 3 large double bedrooms, living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. There was some noise from traffic and the football pitch where players were training from 7am to 11pm, but we slept well in the comfortable firm beds. The wind sometimes howled through the windows as they don't shut tightly. Underground parking is ideal if you have a hire car to explore Madeira as we did. It's also close to the bus stop for a 30 minute ride to Funchal. The town is small and not too touristy or built-up. It has plenty restaurants and cafés, some shops including a supermarket within walking distance, a small grey sand swimming beach and outdoor pool and sunbathing area with duckboards on the large pebbles. You can walk along the seafront and watch the sun set over the sea. All household needs were provided, including tea towels and cleaning products, a washing machine with capsules and an ironing board. We were welcomed by a friendly staff member but you have to remember to call from the airport to be met at the apartment. A welcome pack of traditional local treats was a thoughtful addition that made us feel like valued guests. An excellent place to stay, that we'd recommend.

A fantastic, nicely decorated, modern, bright and spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of a beautiful tenement house. The equipment and furniture are new and of good quality. A comfortable bed, additional internal doors in each door/window guaranteeing perfect silence and protecting against excessive sunlight in the summer. Fast WiFi and rich apartment equipment. Nicely renovated tenement house, porter and 2 elevators. Solid doors and locks. Very safe both inside and on the street (a policeman is 20m from the entrance all day long). Perfect location - flat (which is not obvious in Lisbon), easy access, old town, main attractions and countless shops and restaurants within walking distance. And the swimming pool on the roof (elevator 8p) - amazing, unfortunately only for walruses in winter. Contact with the host (LovelyStay) is hassle-free and instant (WhatsApp + phone). Starting from handing over the apartment (the employee waited in front of the building at the agreed time, showed us the apartment, elevators, swimming pool and answered all our questions), through assistance during the stay, to hassle-free late check-out. You just leave the keys on the table and lock the door. For me - perfect.

This was our first trip to Lisbon and now I can’t wait to go back. The apartment hotel is ideally located on a fairly quiet street but close to shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc The apartments itself is pure luxury - spacious, comfortable, clean, well stocked with all the amenities you could want. The team are quick to answer any queries and were really helpful prior to check in and during our stay. Highly recommend it!
